We did, and they buffed and waxed out the marks. The detail manager was friendly and apologetic, and did the work himself. We are satisfied with the outcome, though the marks shouldn't have happened in the first place. Plus I had to take off work to get there before 3pm in order to meet the detail manager. Because of the inconvenience, we don't feel right going up to a full five stars. But excellent service recovery!

Asked for a quote on Yelp for a full detail on my small SUV. The response was prompt, the price more than fair, and the availability immediate. So, yay! Let's go. Service is mobile and Noah--the owner/operator--came out to my workplace to detail the vehicle. He was on time--actually a little early which earns super bonus points from me--very friendly, and professional. His rig is clean, organised, and well equipped which tells me this fella knows what he's doing and cares about how he does it. So, why not FIVE stars you ask? Because an auto detailer needs to be about every single detail, no matter how small. Upon inspection I noticed the inside of the driver and passenger doors had not been touched (I could trace a line through the road grime with my finger), and there were minor (yes, minor, but we are talking about details) bits of dirt still in the carpet near the doors. I don't know if the tires were dressed, but they didn't look to be--it could be that he used a product that left more of a matte finish than a shiny one, but I like that armour all look on the rubber). For the price, convenience, and customer service I was satisfied. I choose Automotive Aesthetics from reading previous reviews even though it was a longer drive my home than other detailers and am happy I did so. Chocolate milk was smeared all over the SUV, and because the vehicle's headliner is off-white, the stains on the ceiling were especially noticeable. Automotive Aesthetic completely removed the milk stains from the ceiling, along with stains on the sun visors and other small areas that had appeared over years. The interior detailing was thorough and meticulous--everything was spotless without any greasy residue. They even cleaned areas of the center console that no one else has ever been able to reach!
