I went to the car wash because my truck was dirty!! After I came out there were still a leaf on the sunroof and stuff all over the hood. It is not sap but probably pollen from the trees that sat and got dirtier while I was on vacation for a week. I asked the guys that were drying it off to see if they can get that off.. They said we don't scrub. I.e. we don't get your vehicle clean. Moral of the story "if your car is dirty, don't go to the car wash" :-) Or at least this one I will try Tiger wash next. My husband had a membership here a few years ago and his truck would blind you because it would glisten and gleam like brightly mined diamonds. That was then, this is now. I have a membership now because I have a new car but no new desire to wash it at home. I don't expect the automatic car wash to get every crack and crevice but I do expect the team if folks who are drying my car to NOT ignore the bird crap and bug guts that survive the wash tunnel. Unfortunately, if I don't walk around the car to point out the bird poo on the windshield, the dirt remnants on the fender, or the bug carcasses on the rear view mirror, they would (and have) wiped over the area and waved me on off the premises. Please, note that none of the areas mentioned are remote areas of my vehicle. So, why not 2 stars (or even one star) you ask? The price isn't bad, I still don't want to wash my car, and when I ask them to attend to spots they've seemingly ignored, they've always obliged very kindly. Tried them yesterday & prices are certainly good, nothing crazy at all. Did their 18 dollar wheel deluxe which guarantees numerous things such as washing beneath the car and included a towel dry service. Low rating because the employees are not responsive and they failed to even wipe my car off well, spent about 1 minute going around the car with the towels and when I asked if they could go back around once more (I know my car takes a couple mins to actually get dry as most cars) they just stared at me and gave me a thumbs up. It was somewhat busy so I just said whatever & drove off checked the car and yep. Still numerous wet spots all over my car and the windshield was wiped terribly CLOUDY. read more

Clean Machine guys were helpful and friendly, and the job they did was pretty darn good. I will say that the interior waiting area smelled like pee and was pretty gross in general, so that was a bit disappointing. They'd be well served to make it a more hangout-friendly place with TVs and couches, etc. The inside of my windshield was really cloudy and not cleaned well. Came here for an interior detail of my SUV that had not been cleaned at all in three years, a period during which, in addition to the usual accumulations of dead leaves and mud and spilled drinks, we had a kid and transported an angry cat who demonstrated his displeasure by urinating on the backseat. We had also failed to close the windows on several summer evenings during which we were visited by thunderstorms. So the car was in great shape and smelled very nice, as you might imagine. I made an appointment for the First Class Interior Detail, dropped the car off, and returned two hours later (plan to leave, the waiting area is not worth spending 2 hrs in) to a car that looked like it had just come from the dealer. It was basically sparkling and the funk was totally gone. The only downside was that the seats required an extra 24 hrs to dry completely, so you may not want to plan on transporting the entire family in it immediately after it's cleaned. When you spend 20 minutes cleaning you car AFTER you pay $34 to get it washed, you know you were ripped off. Seriously. Today they said they were "too busy" to wipe down the interior to any acceptable level. Too busy? After I pay you?!?! So in addition to going over the interior back at home, I even had to wipe down areas (e.g. the mirror covers) that even cursory attention would have addressed. My GF has gone a number of times over the years and never really felt satisfied. When she visits me we'll get her car done for $25 (including tip) for a bang-up job, indoor and out. Exterior top notch, interior not so much. Paid for the middle full service package which included vacuum, windows & dash. Streaks on windows and spots on the back window not even touched. Similar with the dash in a C+ effort for both. Hard pressed to pay for anything but the exterior. Update 6/28/2020, don't waste your money. Paid for the full service, and still had fingerprints on the windows and dash. Crumbs still in the seats and on the floor mats. Paid extra for the back of my Tahoe to be vacuumed, and it doesn't looked like it was touched. Additionally paid a $3 sanitation charge which I am totally fine to pay- if they actually do some sort of sanitation. Watched the employees literally walk up (one with & one without a mask) just go to start wiping down the dash with the rags in hand. BEWARE!!! They will damage your car and take no responsibility. My husband and I brought his car here for a professional wash. They did a great job on the wash, car is nice and clean inside and out. We got to our next stop a couple of miles down the road, he gets out and notices a big chunk taken out of the rear drivers side tire and rim. We took it back immediately and they explained it was no way it happened there. My husband is crazy about this car and notices every little ding, damage, and dent. Exploring reviews where other people have had the same issue on the same tire only solidifies our knowledge that it did indeed happen there. I brought in my fiance's -- let's be honest -- nastyyyy outback in for an interior cleaning. It was covered in dog hair, food, unknown gunky stuff, and since he's a cyclist who rides home after super sweaty workouts... you get the point. It needed a cleaning as I was frankly uncomfortable riding in it. I bought the interior package where they steam clean the seats and after 1.5 hours it came out looking like a new car. 99% of the dog hair was gone, the inside of the car simply *sparkled*... and it smelled like fresh air. I was honestly delighted -- this car was dirrrrty and now looked basically dealership-level good. That said, similar to the reviewer before, I noticed they forgot to clean the interior console so I did that on my own when I got home, but the job was so well done on the whole rest of the car it didn't matter. The management and guys working there also just seemed like good people. I noticed one of them help a handicapped customer across the parking lot into his car, and everyone else was extremely polite. The best detailer in town in my experience - and I wasn't expecting that. For starters, they have excellent hours. There isn't a single other shop open on Sundays. For that alone they would have a jump start on getting my business in the interest of convenience. My concern was that good availability, and a central "brand name" look, would give me mediocre results. That hasn't happened! They do a fabulous job. I've had melted wax in the cup holders (ever eat those delicious Baybel cheeses?) dog hair coating the back seat, and even suspicious oily stains marking the front seat. I don't know if they put the seats through a washer or what, but they come out without a mark. They have been responsive to my requests not to use "sticky stuff" to shine the dash, which I appreciate - it's not my jam. The third thing they're great at: turnaround time. I've brought a car in about 55 minutes until closing time, and nobody ever acts annoyed that it's so close to closing. They seem eager to help and can turn it around quickly. When detailing my Lexus GS 350, interior as well as exterior, they tore/burned a small hole in the passenger seat's leather. I was upset but indicated that I would be satisfied for them to have someone fix/mend the tear without redoing the whole seat. I got the rag myself and in 5 seconds the pollen was off the dash board and my leather seats-waste of time and money!!! I might as well have just taken my car to a drive through car wash. I paid for the "full service" for 26$ the exterior was washed through the machine but hand dried and spots were missed. The interior was barely cleaned! Dust was still everywhere and it wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. This place has always done a good job cleaning my car, however their prices have gone up so much in the past year that I I don't think I'll be returning. I recommend doing some price comparison's in the area. Vacuuming the interior and wiping the dash is now $15 after Covid, I was told because they need to use sanitizer. Their exterior wash is pretty good - no complaints there. But I'm not a huge fan of their interior cleaning. I did the "Full Service Wheel Deal" which included some interior services that weren't done very well. First off, all of the mats that were taken out of my car weren't put back properly (they weren't attached to the placement hooks in the car, so they were kind of sliding around) and my center console, dash and vents were still super dusty (it didn't look like they were touched), even though one of the services was dusting those two areas. The one thing I do still love about them is the hand drying that they do after the wash. I mean, this isn't super uncommon (White Horse on 29 does it too), but it's something over the run-of-the-mill car wash at a gas station that makes a difference. All in all, I can't say that I'd be back for any interior services, but the exterior services are pretty good. read more

I've been here twice now with two different cars and the results of been about the same each time. The results of the $30 car wash are about what you would expect from a $12 car wash. Yes, your car will be a little more shiny and, yes, your carpets will be quickly vacuums, but you won't feel as though you gotten your money's worth. The staff will ignore crumbs and dirt in cupholders and crevices, and they just want to move you in and out as quickly as possible.
