Clear communication all the way through the process; lovely customer service; they are a mobile business, which was super convenient; they did a job well done! Detailing is not cheap & I won't say that the job was cheap, but A&E's pricing is reasonable, clearly stated on their website, and the quote was given up front. I want to support and work with local/small businesses, and after the fact...I'd say the job was worth every penny. Thank you Austin!

I was verbally told by him if it rained the day scheduled he would come the next day, then he is rude. I wouldn't do business with someone that doesn't even know what gas lighting is. Saying I can do it either x,or y day to give you two options to choose from. You picked today, within minutes after that conversation I already had other people scheduled for the following day. I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one…read more If you're anywhere near Charlottesville and care even a little about your car, do yourself a favor and come here. This isn't your typical quick "in-and-out" wash -- it's the kind of place where they treat every vehicle like it actually matters. The attention to detail is unreal. Every inch of my car looked refreshed, from the spotless exterior to the interior that somehow felt brand new again. What really stood out was the care. You can tell this is a small business run by people who take pride in their work. No rushed jobs, no missed spots -- just honest, meticulous effort. Even the little things, like the way the tires were finished and the interior trim was cleaned, showed they go the extra mile. Customer service was just as impressive. Friendly, professional, and genuinely appreciative of your business -- which is rare these days. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was happy before I left. It's not just a car wash -- it's craftsmanship. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants their car to actually look and feel clean, not just "washed." Diana Adkins
