I have a membership now because I have a new car but no new desire to wash it at home. I don't expect the automatic car wash to get every crack and crevice but I do expect the team if folks who are drying my car to NOT ignore the bird crap and bug guts that survive the wash tunnel. Unfortunately, if I don't walk around the car to point out the bird poo on the windshield, the dirt remnants on the fender, or the bug carcasses on the rear view mirror, they would (and have) wiped over the area and waved me on off the premises. Please, note that none of the areas mentioned are remote areas of my vehicle. So, why not 2 stars (or even one star) you ask? The price isn't bad, I still don't want to wash my car, and when I ask them to attend to spots they've seemingly ignored, they've always obliged very kindly. In a nutshell: I'm still a member but looking for other car washes with affordable memberships that don't require me to supervise as well.

It is not sap but probably pollen from the trees that sat and got dirtier while I was on vacation for a week. I asked the guys that were drying it off to see if they can get that off.. They said we don't scrub. I.e. we don't get your vehicle clean. Moral of the story "if your car is dirty, don't go to the car wash" :-) Or at least this one I will try Tiger wash next. I did receive personal service after waiting a few minutes for staff. However you can self serve, select and pay. I did like the personal touch. I choose a $17 wash through their automated facility. They do offer two bays for self hand wash. Staff was friendly. I saw the car in front of me get significant prep by staff which I was excited about. Then my turn the staff was interrupted by another staff and literally got little prep. That was in my mind the no way I'm giving them a 5. After my wash I went to the self vacuum area which was tidy. The car was still very wet. The vacs worked fine, but the spaces seemed more condensed than others. The air sprayer to blow drops off is a huge bonus if working properly. It was actually blowing out condensation though. After finishing I wanted to make a left turn out to the highway which was impossible with heavy traffic. No big deal, I made a right to later pull a u-turn. After driving over 3 miles I finally made an illegal u-turn at highway 250. A 3 really seems to fit them well for my only experience. I may, or may not return.

It's weird to think a gas station deserves a yelp rating but I need to tell you why. While I've…read morenever used the bathrooms here, for the most part the team does a good job (this is the gas station I use most) of keeping the trashcans not over flowing, the coffee although they don't often have all the choices, gives me enough choices to go on. And (I'm hoping this will get my favorite product back) they serve Extreme Caffeine Mocha from Sand D in their powder cappuccino maker. That stuff makes me joyous. Another feature of this gas station seems to be a good amount of fresh food prepped and put in containers. Now for the piece de la resistance, They have a any flavor ice cream machine and since we don't keep it in our freezer, that machine makes the occasional craving feel really good coming out of a cone. The other things you might find useful, they have diesel, they have a vacuum, and air for tires, and a car wash for those bad moments. They even have a propane trade out.

There is parking in front and in back of this location. When entering and exiting, please use caution due to the median in the middle and everyone not safely driving through this area (there are some that will get impatient with you, let them it's not worth getting into accident or injured). The prices are fairly reasonable as well for what they have made!! A very nice location!!

I was quite satisfied w/ my new car purchase from Flow VW in charlottesville. I spent quite a bit…read moreof time researching for the right car. Then it came down to where to purchase the car. Shop locally, or migrate to neighboring areas. I decided to look at Flow cville. I was impressed that this location had quite a large selection of cars that I was looking for. Sure every dealer wants to be your friend and get you the car from another dealer, but I didn't want that. Upon my first visit, a sales guy Ray T greeted me. I was expecting a sales pitch, but instead he offered the details and answers i had for the car I of interest. He was quite knowledgeable about the car of interest. Actually, I can't recall any question I had that he didn't know how to answer about the car. This dealer appeared to hire sales people that have a passion for the cars they sell as it was reflected in his knowledge about this type of car. Ultimately, the offer/negotiation was done via email, which is what I preferred. I was happy Ray was open to discussions using this method. Once I decided to commit to the car, the final process must have taken less than no more than 30 minutes! The car was polished up and fueled up (when does that happen anymore?) I hope that when service is needed on my car, their service department is as helpful.

We brought the vehicle in immediately after purchase to fix a pre-existing issue that was part of the purchase agreement -- an obvious, visible defect on the exterior. Each of the first two times, they told us it was fixed, and each time it clearly wasn't. It took three visits total before it was actually resolved. They're also supposed to clean, vacuum, and charge the car (it's an EV) as part of routine maintenance. Three visits, three times they skipped all of it. Might sound petty, but these are the details that make the difference between good customer service and delivering a great experience -- actually doing what you say you're going to do.
