We did, and they buffed and waxed out the marks. The detail manager was friendly and apologetic, and did the work himself. We are satisfied with the outcome, though the marks shouldn't have happened in the first place. Plus I had to take off work to get there before 3pm in order to meet the detail manager. Because of the inconvenience, we don't feel right going up to a full five stars. But excellent service recovery!

Which didn't really make sense because they'd had the car for almost two months, but okay I took their word for it. So, the facts might be different, but it certainly appears to me that they were merely keeping me dangling on their fishing line in case their preferred customer didn't come through. Then the car was suddenly sold. I learned my lesson. If I can't even trust them to take my money, how could I trust them with anything else? I can't. And you shouldn't either.
