Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. Just tells me that they are doing things right and have customer satisfaction very high on their priority list.

It had…read morea QR code to schedule an appointment, but when I scanned it, all 4:00-6:00 appointments for oil changes were grayed out for as far as I could check. So I scheduled a 7:00 am, 30 minute appointment. When I got there, I was the only customer and no one other cars were being worked on. I asked how long it would take and they said 30-45 mins l, but they couldn't promise that time. I said I'd have to reschedule, and asked about all those 4:00-6:00 appointments on their scheduling site. They informed they don't take anything after 4:00 pm. Seriously? Even an oil change? That shouldn't take more than 15 minutes!

I decided to use Christian brothers for the first time to fix ac. I dropped car off yesterday and got it back today. Now just like any mechanic they're going to be pricey but their customer service made up for it. The older gentleman that checked me in was very nice and they even offered a ride to drop off and pick up from rental car place. I'll definitely go back when and if the time comes
