I placed an online order totaling $65.50 for a couple of books and some oils on July 2, 2023. I didn't receive an email confirmation but I did screenshot the Order # produced by their website. Being that the order was placed on a Sunday with July 4th coming up, I figured it would take a few extra days to receive a confirmation and shipping/tracking details. July 11, 2023 rolls around and I have no email and no voice message from the company regarding anything about my order. I called the number listed for them and a gentleman answers who can't help with online orders. I give my name and number and request a callback. Several minutes later, a rather gruff older man calls me back and identifies himself as Rondo (NOTE: that is the family's last name). I explained that I was checking on the status of my order as I had not heard anything. It took him a while to find my order. Apparently the Order No. generated by the website "doesn't help find the order" He finally found my order and told me he had called and messaged me with no answer. Both books that I ordered were out of stock. Now, I am dumbfounded at this point. I had been checking my phone and email for ANY signs of life..... with NO response. Zilch. Nada. Blink Twice? I don't know what number he called but it wasn't MY number. Irritated at this point, we decided to do a partial refund for the out-of-stock books (NO indication of this on the website.... At ALL!) and the rest of my order would be shipped. I called PayPal to file for the refund. No problem. Speed up to the 14th of July and.... You guessed it! NO product! No tracking number! I have AIR, but NO refund and NO product! I called Rondo and was told that they had JUST RECEIVED (ummm-hmmmm) some more books in and they could fill my order. Yeah.... That's going to be a HELL NO! I called PayPal and was told that all the vendor had to do was initiate the return through the PayPal system. I called Rondo and, once again, requested a full refund. He tried to get me to change my mind and just accept the order without the books (like... Wasn't this the FIRST revised order?!). He finally agreed to a full refund; he would put it in through PayPal. Welp, speed skate to July 15th and a phone call to Paypal. I hope his candles, rituals and What-nots work faster than he does because I could have cured and written everything I ordered faster than this! read more

Please , and I repeat PLEASE do not buy anything here unless u are looking to make a deal with SATAN himself. LORD JESUS , I plead the blood of Jesus over my life after walking in this store. I went here today ultimately for a last min emergency. Unfortunately ,this was the closet thing next to my location. As soon as I walked in , you could just feel the negative Energy in this place. It's a small hole in the wall ,pretty dirty looking on the Outside and dirt on the windows as thick as snow. I was just finishing up a phone call with a friend that I was flying in from Hawaii to help me move and was trying to get some last min information from him for the ticket ,and I politely put my call on hold to talk with the Demon that approached me. I asked him if he carried a Devour All candle and immediately he caught an attitude' saying that he had never heard of it. Then he just walk away kinda blew me off. ( of course !!! you've never heard it because u probably don't have a clue about any of the products that u sell.) Typical !! Anyways , this horrific looking gremlin told me that he only had A DUME candle. Which I will never use inside of my house. So after that I was through speaking with him , I continued on my phone call as a looked to see what else they had , when this demon started yelling at me ! Saying that he didn't want to hear that !! Hear what exactly?? I was floored at how rude he was !! I Asked who the owner was and he replied, ME !!! ( I AM SATAN here to take your soul type of attitude.) I politely told him that he was unprofessional and yelling at someone is not the way that u handle a situation very nicely. He proceeded to continue to engage me in an shouting match. When I kindly walked out and told him I would never buy anything there anyway with his negativity. I definitely over looked these past reviews beforehand, I will be sure to post this review on FB and Google as well. Wtf Is wrong with these people in Atlanta, NO Customer service , NO class , NO BRAINS. Obviously he has some psychological issues and is extremely miserable... I strolled into Rondo and merely touched a bottle of sage oil. "Ya gon' touch it ya better be ready to buy it," the staff member barked. I felt like I was part of a ritual that would end in my friend's and my sacrificed bodies in a S'more campfire in the middle of the floor. I have never felt so unwelcome or creeped out in a store. The three men in the store were rude and not the least bit helpful. Very racist treatment the moment I walked in the door. I asked if they had books on Santeria and tried to inquire on books on Voodoo but was cutoff by the first gentleman saying they had none in stock. Finally browse the books that were available and found one on Voodoo. As I was reviewing the book I was told not to bend the pages, which was odd because I never did. Then I was told I would have to purchase the book if I wanted to read it. I was just skimming to see if I really wanted it but they barely gave me the chance. I'm assuming this gross behavior was because I was black and a woman, the 3 men working in the store were old and white. Horrible customer service, scarce product selection. I like what they have going on there in a few ways, but there isn't enough info about some of the products. Many of their products didn't have ingredients listed and therefore you can't really tell if it's a conjuring powder made with genuine herbs, roots and botanical fragrances or if it's just fluorescent colored talcum powder. I noticed one of the floor washes (maybe the Reversible one) did have an ingredient label, and it was all chemicals with no herbs or roots or even natural fragrance listed. That being said, they do have a wide range of products available but if you want a complete catalog to nicely summarize their offerings, you have to pay $3 for it. The man helping me was nice, but he did tell me that I needed to have a baby because that is essentially my duty as a woman. I would have preferred not to have a stranger tell me what I should do with my body or life. It's just not a topic I care to discuss with someone I don't know at all. It's not your business why I'm not married and don't have kids. When I walked over to check out the books, I instantly got snapped at by another man working there and was told NOT to open the book because if I stand there and read it why would I buy it. Then I asked if I could check out the table of contents and he said NO. I was a little taken aback because he was just downright ornery and proceeded to tell me that if the spine gets broken then no one will buy the book. I won't buy a book that I can not open and peruse. Therefore, I had to make a note to check them out later, online, where I can get a little bit more information on what I'm buying. Turns out that what he was selling for $15 can be bought for $4 online, some with free shipping. I'd rather support a local business, but if I can't see or explore what I'm purchasing, then I'll take my business elsewhere. Con - I wish they were more transparent about the ingredients they use and the processes, etc. The two employees were definitely lacking in social graces. Pro -There are tons of products to check out...but it's not easy to tell if they're legit. read more

Me and a co-worker when to take a look at the store wanting to buy some items. So I pick up the book and she picked up a book so I can see if I wanted to buy it. This creature from behind the counter told us to not bend the cover. I said how am I going to open the book and this unprofessional freak told us Good luck lol. I laughed to myself because this shows the store has zero spiritual items that need to be in my possession and he saved me some money. I will stick with buying my emergency items from Miller Rexall as least they know how to treat people. read more
