Dr. Lawrences non-surgical approach to treating TMJ has been my only saving grace for the last 10 years. Twice now I have returned to Dr. Lawrence to obtain new splints for my jaw. Not only has he always been extremely personable, but he is the only person I trust to treat my jaw/mouth longterm. I am forever grateful for him. If the business is open the desk should be manned or notify patients to come later. Many of us are in the middle of school and work days and are pressed for time. Communication to patients in my experience has to be requested. Parents should be advised what's happening with a child's appointment. We have been given incorrect information and tools by the front office staff. If they are not in the chart and performing services, they should not be issuing anything. Care is not completed, hopefully this is our last appointment. The office manager is pleasant but that doesn't make up for the inconveniences.

We were with them for 4 years and I saw the orthodontist twice in those four years. When I would ask to speak with the orthodontist about my daughter's treatment in was told Dr. LEWIS had stepped out. I even made it a point to get there an hourly early to discuss my daughter's treatment. But then I was told by the office manager that I had to make an appointment. And according to my daughter she never saw the orthodontist either. Lewis Orthodontist would schedule my daughter's appointment for 8 am and we would end up waiting till noon till they took her back . I finally had enough, called my insurance company asked for the EOB, and I saw them at Lewis was charging for visits that we never had, and treatments she never had. So I notified my insurance company, and they gave me a name of a wonderful orthodontist who was kind enough to take on my daughter without getting paid due to my insurance would not cover for any more braces. But with me fighting and getting a bunch of people who have experienced the same issue with this clinic we were able to get to get our insurance companies their money back. We got the state to come in and investigate. And Lewis was forced to sell. Our new orthodontist ended up getting paid, for the work he did correcting the mess that this place did. And in less than a year my daughter has prefect straight teeth. No thanks to this horrible place. May this fraud find peace in prison for insurance fraud.

I was referred to Dr. Weiss from my dentist, Dr. Rosenblitt. I am now the proud owner of an Invisalign express upper and lower system. I have found Dr. Weiss and his staff to be terrific. They are very frank about what you need and don't need and I appreciate that. The office runs like a well-oiled machine and their new office is beautiful. Love the TVs in the individual rooms.
