I had bad dental experiences as a child and really hated going to the dentist. My dentist retired so I had to find a new dentist. He referred me to Dr. Bob, a.k.a. Dr. Robert Brandhorst, he's soft-spoken, tender, gentle, etc. he has a very calming effect. I haven't run into any staff there that I don't like. They all seem to take on the same temperament as Dr. Bob. They have a new woman dentist here. I can't recall her name but I did get a crown put on by her a couple of months ago. She was super efficient. I've had a few crowns in the past and usually they seem to take a long time and the molds are miserable to have done. between her and the tech they did a fast efficient job probably one of the best most efficient. Quick caps I've ever had put on. I highly recommend this dentist especially if you're fearful of a dentist. I love coming here to get my teeth cleaned. The woman that cleans my teeth again very similar to Dr. Bob super kind, super gentle and caring. They have this amazing ultrasonic water pic that they use instead of so much scraping. It takes all the color stains from coffee or tea off your teeth and it's very gentle. I'm so glad I found this place a several years ago with my dentist retired. One thing because they are so well liked it. Does take some time to get an appointment in but it's worth the wait. Once you're in just start scheduling your appointments a year out then you don't have to worry about getting in.

The entire team is friendly, skilled, and compassionate. Every single visit over the years has been a positive experience. What stands out the most to me is Dr. Salem's incredible attention to detail, intelligence, and kindness. Problems with bridges,problems with crowns, the original bridge was to low in the back and separated 2 times, but the dentist argues that it was because the other side had issues, the agonizing pain of removal the first time, the tooth in the very back was sensitive, the bonding would not hold, came loose again. and tooth underneath became abscessed, the 3rd attempt was impossible to remove so now my 3600 dollar plus bridge had to be cut in half, back tooth extracted he put 3 crowns in the upper left also one of witch had glue stuck on the inside between the teeth painful as all hell when he kept trying to free it up it had a gap between and food kept getting in he say the teeth moved forward and would have to replace center with a wider tooth so now I have another 1000 plus to add and also the front and rear teeth of that one also crowns replaced at the same time I was told have cavities and would need to be replaced, so more and more money, I could have had all new teeth and less aggravation for all this money and needless insurance claims, and calling me to get me to leave work set up an appointment then telling me they can't do the work when I get there until I pay an additional 600.00! Buyers beware get a second opinion before making decisions. To add I was told implants were not an option due to bite strength! And the current office manager argued with me about insurance company, I called them about it and she did not want her it! Missing before photos before procedure!

However, the Sinick dentist told me I needed a dental implant after spending about a minute with me, with zero explanations, and their treatment plan was a very large amount of money (over $7,000) I got a second opinion. This dentist spent much more time with me, actually showed me the x-rays, and offered less expensive options such as a bridge that Sinick did not. Additionally, the cost of the implant was less. Needless to say I will be switching
