This office is in historic Munroe Falls on Main Street. Quaint little office nestled on a corner. At first glance it seems newly built, but the circa 2000 decor inside speaks volumes. The office and exam rooms are very clean and organized. Gotta love it when the staffs hands are gonna be up in your grill! The staff isn't necessarily the warmest but not rude by any means. We were greeted promptly and kindly. Parker has extreme anxiety and PTSD. They were not accommodating with this at all and Raymond needed to stay in the waiting area even after explanation and asking for him to be present during the process. Got a basic cleaning, X-ray and exam. All done professionally with good attitudes and explanation of what was happening. The biggest and best thing that gives this place 4 stars? Their expediency! No long wait times or dilly dallying. Not typical in this line of work. We will be back soon for an extraction and other dental work. Raymond will be getting a cleaning soon. They told me they wanted to see him on his own. I thought this was just for the "do you feel safe at home?" conversation. After 10 minutes they did not come and get me. I told the receptionist I wanted to go back with my son. They refused to allow me back. I was told this was policy. I told them I was not comfortable with people I had never met touching my son in a room I had never seen. I was still denied access. I also told the receptionist I had questions for the dentist and did not think my 13 year old would be able to recount his health history. When my son came out, I was simply told he looked good and told to call to schedule his next appointment. I again requested to speak to the dentist. The hygienist (I think, because no one introduced themselves) acted like this was a bazar request. We left. We will never go back. I made a complaint to the state dental board.

Apparently they were offended that they overheard the Doctor and his staff discussing the fact that the sister was not permitted to be in the room during the appointment. The sister sitting in the waiting room had the patient removed and they left shouting obscenities! After all of this, they came back apparently to shout more obscenities at the Doctor! The staff was professional and friendly throughout the entire episode. Doctor John was under attack but he diffused the situation! I am proud to have him as my health care provider!!!
