A little over a month ago, I badly chipped a front tooth working at home on Sunday afternoon. Much of the tooth was missing. I called Dr. Vega's office the first thing on Monday. They were able to get me in that morning. Dr. Milton Vega filled the tooth, and I can't even see the difference where the tooth was filled. I recently had a crown procedure completed with Dr Milton Vega. I was unsure about the procedure since this was my first time under the care of Dr. Vega since the change of new ownership. WOW! Dr. Vega was the best! He immediately made feel at ease and comfortable with his demeanor and patience. He answered all my questions and explained what was to be done. The procedure went better than I could have expected! Dr. Vega and his assistant, Yadi, made me feel so at ease and I felt no discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Vega had a "delicate touch" which caused me no discomfort. And I was VERY pleased with the final outcome. It should also be noted that prior to my procedure I made a few calls to the office and spoke with Karina and Leslie. Both ladies were professional and patient when answering my questions. They were both very positive and encouraging about my upcoming procedure which made me feel as ease. Lastly, I've been getting my teeth cleaned at that office for years and Natalie is excellent at helping me maintain my oral hygiene! She was the reason I wanted to continue going to that office during the change over. I've also had Sonia work on my care in the past and she is also pleasant and caring! Thought I had put a review on here, but believe it was another site. Want to make sure Dr. Duffin is given credit for his ability. Since I have had extensive dental work performed over the years in an attempt to not end up with dentures, I know a good dentist when I find one. My very first I had in CA was excellent and after his retirement, all in between have not been that good - until I found Dr. Duffin. His work is excellent, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Not only has he done replacement fillings, but also crowns on two implants. read more

My wife and I moved from Temecula to Hemet some time ago and have been looking for a dentist locally for some time. A friend recommended Dr. Duffin and we decided to give him a try. Very Happy! The office staff is friendly and the office is very clean. Dr. Duffin is very knowledgeable and is certified in several areas of dentistry that prevents you having to go here and there to get things done. Dr. Duffin also has a great sense of humor and seems to enjoy his patients. His exam was very through and after 70+ years the video he had me watch showed me the correct way to brush my teeth. After trying this method for two weeks my teeth felt so much cleaner! Had my first cleaning today and the hygienist Vickie was awesome. I told her she was excellent and now stuck with me! I've never had more pain in my life until Dr. Duffin. He cares little about cutting you up and leaving you with nothing for the paun.

Let me start off by saying I WAS terrified of the dentist. I've had nothing but bad experiences with previous dentists but Dr. Duffin and his staff are amazing. Not only did Dr. Duffin show me PROOF what needed to be fixed and why with pictures but him and his staff are very gentle and they do care about your comfort. After everything was done his staff called me after hours to make sure I was doing okay pain wise and gave me advice to help manage. I cannot say how much that meant to me! The doctor and his staff are very professional . In fact, I have never had a dentist that gave me such a thorough examine. Also, he does a good job in explaining each step he was taking to inspect my teeth. I had problems with my gum in the back and he spent a good deal of time to teach me the correct way of teaching me. He is both patient and caring. I don't want to exaggerate but he is by far the best dentist I have had and set the bar pretty high for my future dental experiences. I generally dislike going to the dentist and have put it off for the last 3 years since i been away for school but the experience was somewhat pleasant for me at dr. duffin, which is as good as it is going to get. haha. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. It is too bad that I go to school up in davis or else I would keep him as my dentist. read more

Dr. Ron is an amazing dentist, he is caring and I have never felt a thing while having care. I got a root canal from Dr. Ron and I never felt a thing.... he is an artist matching up crowns to the most perfect match, even when working on back teeth. When I heard I needed a root canal along with a crown, I almost cancelled my appointment. I am so glad I didn't because one, I didn't ever feel a thing, and two, not only is my new crown beautiful, I am no longer embarrassed to smile! Beyond a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. The best part was my crown was completed same day and digitally produced to a perfect fit. just got back from the doc, mom feels fine and the procedure is done in one visit.she is tottaly happy. then comes the bill. they don't take medicare.$700 ouch. now im in pain. nothings too good for mommy and this doctor is who she likes. My wife, adult son and I have been patients of Dr. Duffin since we moved here almost two years ago. We have been very pleased with him, his staff and Vicky, his dental hygienist. Dr. Duffin has won some local awards for dentistry and was featured not too long ago in "Inland Empire" magazine. He seems very competent, honest and reasonable in price. Vicky does a great job in dental hygiene and has helped me a lot in improving the health of my gums. We plan on being patients here for a long time to come. Dr. Duffin and his staff are some of the best professionals that I highly recommend. Dr. Duffin is not just a good dentist, but a good person that really cares. I was a little surprised when HE (not his staff) called me on my cell, after hours, to check up on root canal that he fixed up for me (FYI, we are not related in anyway). My 5, 3, an 2-year-old love him (if you look on their web page their is a picture of him holding my youngest, with my other two kids on the dental chair :) He has been our family's dentist for about 4 years. Every time we visit, they go out of their way to make sure the children leave with a positive taste in their mouths. Let's be real here, most people don't like going to the dentist. Chances you are one of them. Dr. Duffin is your guy if you are looking for: 1) A superb, up-to-date, HONEST dentist 2) A fantastic staff 3) Dental visits that are more than tolerable Dr Duffin may not be the "cheapest" dentist out there, but is hands down, the least expensive dentist for quality treatment and service you get. This dentist and his staff are rude, unprofessional and the dentistry is tenth rate. The staff constantly complains that their "busy". He does sloppy work --examples abound, including---when removing mercury fillings, as protocol wasn't taken. His wife works in the office and isn't too swift. How unprofressional to have your wife lurking at the dental office, as she's not a dentist. Finally, they are greedy, push veneers while ignoring more important dental issues such as cavaties, amalgram removal, etc. They also falsely bill the patient! Terrible place and people!! read more

Called a week in advance to set up an appointment and when I got there the following week I was told Dr. Duffin was actually at a convention and since they didn't have a number to contact me at they didn't. First off these conventions are surely known about more than a week in advance so why wasn't I told when I initially called and secondly, how do you NOT as for a contact number when setting up an appointment? When a patient doesn't show up to their appointment or doesn't cancel 24 hours in advance they are charged and yet when it's reversed it's a simple "Oh when's the next time you can come in?" Such ridiculous unprofessional behavior, not to mention the staff wasn't very courteous or friendly about the situation. read more
