HACK, BUTCHER AND THIEF - DON'T go to Dr. Bush for ANY COSMETIC procedure - he is a FRAUD!!!! Dr. Bush is an internist whose greed got the best of him when he decided get into cosmetic medicine. His advertisements say he is an "expert" and a "specialist" in lip fillers but he's a liar and a fraud and he disfigured my face. He injected a filler that immediately disfigured my mouth and the next day, rock hard masses formed all around my mouth area...up to my nose and into my cheeks. (Pics attached)This hack job also caused me to have a speech impediment because the masses formed around nerves. For this I paid 700. I made a video as well as took pictures which I sent him to see the damage. I had to go to another doctor to have the rock hard masses dissolved which was very painful. The other Doctor told me it looked like work that is preformed in the back rooms in MEXICO!! I asked Dr. Bush for a refund and compensation to reimburse me for paying another doctor to fix it. I have sent three letters and been corresponding with his office manager but DR BUSH IS IGNORING AND REFUSING to respond. I am utterly SHOCKED because he IS acting like a back room HACK, not a decent and ethical doctor. Not the behavior of a Palm Desert doctor - this is unheard of in this town. His office is dirty and smells like a sewer and I had to wait 2 hours to see him, he is rude, arrogant and entitled. His office manager told me that he had only preformed ONE LIP INJECTION PROCEDURE before me!!! And that was a YEAR ago with someone on his staff!!! He has a website for his "cosmetic" business using quotes from his regular patients that see him for routine check ups. There are NO REVIEWS FROM COSMETIC PATIENTS BECAUSE THERE AREN'T ANY!!! Dissolving the rocks was probably the most painful experience of my life **** update on 8/3/21 - The first treatment of filler dissolver did not work. I have been undergoing monthly painful and expensive treatments for over a year and a half with a well known and respectable Plastic surgeon in Palm Desert to try to dissolve The "filler" that was supposed to go in my lips but migrated up to my nose. I was informed today that whatever this criminal injected into my face was something other than hyaluronic acid. It appears he has used some kind of silicone or unapproved experimental substance but it is not hyaluronic acid!!! As you can see from my latest picture, whatever he injected has migrated through all the levels of my skin. I was told today that I may have to look like this forever because the surgery to remove the particles that are now interwoven through my skin cells would severely scar me for life!! The filler that stayed in the lip region will not dissolve either and has grown, rockhard and occasionally I feel like I have a speech impediment. Had a nice meeting with the doctor felt very good when I left as he seemed to understand my needs and concerns. He told me he would call in prescriptions as I was told when I left called my pharmacy thinking that I would be able to pick up my prescriptions at this time the doctors office was closed so when I went and waited in line for 30 mins of my busy day I was told they were not ready and needed to be authorized by doctor so that was Friday had to wait until Monday to call in and was told that I need all prior medication records which is understandable and I provided unfortunately I have adhd and stopped taking my medication in 2005 and record was unavailable so in return he tells me to take a drug test see a psychiatrist etc. instead of being upfront with me at the doctors visit. This doctor tells you what you want to hear until you leave and it's all bad from there. I hope others have better experiences. I will definitely be finding another doctor. I am absolutely furious with Dolce the office assistant in Dr. Bush's office. Her follow-through is less than average. I recently went to the offices to get a physical with a outside nurse that conducts these assessments. In asking her questions related to a skin condition I have that is progressing in a way that needs to be contained and she told me she did not have access to my chart or any of the information in it. I asked why, since I was concerned about getting this condition looked at by another dermatologist in the area since the one that Dr. Ronald Bush referred me to was also the worst experience ever. Dr. Milligan barely looked me in the eye when he spoke to me, felt very disconnected as if I was only a number. His treatment did nothing but exasperate my condition. I told him I was concerned about side effects from potentially taking any medication for the condition and his response was "are you kidding, with Covid you are worried about side effects?" Isn't one allowed to talk to a Doctor about concern of what side effects these medications might have on someone with my medical history. I was sent home with a prescription that did not work. I went to my follow up appointment with another Doctor in his practice, I can't remember his name, (white man with a bald head who used to have a practice but is now with Milligan Dermatology) but he said to me Dr. Milligan gave you an anti-biotic for that? I would have never done that but hey, he owns the practice I can't say anything, so be it. He then proceeded to tell me there was no cure for it and strangely kept winking at me as he was telling me the so-called bad news. I contacted my Doctor Ronald Bush's office to be put on a merry-go-round with his assistant Dolce who acted like she knew everything about my condition, and clearly didn't read the chart that I had already spoken with Dr. Bush about my experience with the Milligan camp and he proceeded to give me an ointment to see if that would help. When I went to get it filled it was $120 for a very small tube. Dr. Bush is NOT A DERMATOLOGIST and did what he felt he could do, but I asked for a referral to another dermatologist in the city. Dolce proceeds to tell me that the only one in my medical group is in Irvine which is two hours away. I didn't understand why I was being sent so far away. Turns out the medical group I was assigned to is VERY SMALL and there were no other dermatologists in the area I could see. I asked Dolce to see if I can get an out of network approval from the insurance company since that was what I was told to ask her from my insurance company. I call her back to let her know I knew this could be done and she was back-peddling telling me it could take up to ten days to get a response. Well I waited to see if she would contact me and she chose not to, I had to follow up with her to find out that she did get a response back and she said I had to come in to see the Dr. again to diagnose it. WHAT? It was already notated in my chart that I had seen him regarding this that was combined with the followup meeting with him after seeing his nurse that represents that office for physicals. This gets crazier, it was like I had to do Dolce's job for her, let's also notate her abrupt attitude with me about it all. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, ITS A JOKE. Their system and structures don't work, they are not thorough either. I wanted to speak with the Doctor to have him intervene and she said THE DOCTOR DOES NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS. Well, looks like I'll have to just change Doctors and spread the word with my very large social media following NOT TO GO TO THIS DOCTOR FOR HIS STAFF TREATS YOU LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN. I will be reporting this to every department that needs to know what a shotty business they are running. Don't try to get any service out of them for they truly don't care about you, you are just another number and a signed check. Here we go.....thanks for nothing Dr. Bush. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Bush now for several years for cosmetic laser treatments. He has top of the line laser treatments in a professional setting. I'm completely in love with the laser genesis treatment. It doesn't hurt it feels warm like relaxing in the sun. Zero down time means I don't have to take off work and my skin has an immediate healthy glow. It increases collagen production and reduces redness and fine wrinkles. I've gotten so many friends hooked on laser genesis now at Dr. Bush because it's that great. If you want a deeper treatment try the pearl it's certainly a lot more money but you almost get a mini face lift. It's evenly and safely removes some layers of skin like a chemical peel but much safer and more effective. The pearl is what you want if you have pigmentation issues or just want amazing skin. You can also get laser hair removal from this same laser which I have from Dr. bush. My armpits used to be darker in color and now look so pretty I want to walk around with my arms up because they are pretty and hairless. Lol. I would not trade Dr. Bush for anything in the world. He is just hands down the best doctor in the area. He is thorough, patient, kind and never hurries you. He has a gentle touch and a wonderful bedside manner. We moved to the desert in 2004 and had to find a new physician, my husband and I feel so blessed to have found him. I am new to the area and saw Dr. Bush for both an annual physical exam and a pre-op exam. I am a physician, so I know of what I write. Despite the waiting room being virtually empty, I waited 1.5 hrs past my appointment time. Perhaps Dr. Bush had an emergency, but still, not good. He seems extremely distracted during the history portion of the exam. Not focused. His physical exam was one of the worst I've ever had. He failed to perform basic tests such as an ophthalmoscopic exam, never listened to my carotid arteries for bruits (I am 62), failed to do ANY neuro-motor-sensory testing, etc. It was a cursory exam that was most disappointing. Despite these examination oversights, his medical record, of which I have a copy, documented normal findings. That's pure garbage, bordering on medical records malpractice. Needless to say, I will be looking for another doctor. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Bush for a year and a half. It all depends on what your seeking is a Primary Care Dr. Very thorough...so he takes his time reviewing everything. He takes care of your immediate needs incredibly well. Medicare requires a lot of documentation and he needs to input all information, so its very time consuming. Patience is the key here. We have just picked up Dr Bush as our Primary Doctor. We absolutely love him. He is such a thorough doctor. One thing we really appreciate about Dr Bush is he doesn't Rush you through your appointment. He takes his time and will ask you a ton of questions about You and you're Heath. His front office personnel are pleasant and competent and are very helpful when making your appointments. We give Dr Bush Four Stars for being so patient with his patience, however the wait time after arriving is sometimes over an hour. Not sure if this is a Doctor issue or a front office issue.He has truly helped us with our Heath concerns and when we needed to make an unplanned appointment his front office staff where very accommodating. DO NOT see this doctor! My doctor moved, so I made an appointment with him, because his office was just outside of the Indian Wells Country Club, where I live. I waited 2 weeks. I told the bilingual person that answered the phone, that I was out of my heart medication, that didn't seem to matter. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. They asked me for my insurance. I had just changed from Blue Cross to Tticare ( military ), I hadn't received my card yet. I told them that I'd pay by Credit Card. She said, "NO". I said, OK, I'll pay cash and waved $3000.00 in cash in front of her face and she still said "NO". Disgusted, I walked out.
