Nonetheless, if you're looking for a great doctor in the area, I'd definitely recommend Dr. Vyskocil. There are other people who practice in the office, but I've never been to them and thus can't speak to their quality.

I recently had a surgery that I was terrified about, and she was great! She always asks about my child, who she delivered, by name. Her assistant, Anka, is great as well. The only complaint is that she is so loved that its sometimes hard to get in, and she runs late. But, rest assured, she will take the same time and care with you as she does with others. It makes it worth it. I have never felt rushed. The front desk staff and other medical assistants are great as well.

While waiting in the exam room, a medical student entered and informed me that Dr. Mellor would not be seeing me and that she would be performing the exam instead. I had specifically requested to establish care with Dr. Mellor, so this was disappointing. When I expressed this, I was told that unless my needs were urgent, she did not have time to see me. After the appointment, Dr. Mellor approached me in the hallway--in front of other patients and staff--to ask how everything went. This felt unprofessional and lacking in privacy. Although I didn't address it at the time, it left a lasting impression. I continued care through my pregnancy in late 2024. Overall, my experience with Dr. Mellor was medically competent, though her communication style is very direct and may not feel empathetic for patients who are looking for emotional support--especially during a high-risk pregnancy. During my first vaginal ultrasound, I had an encounter with Dr. Quasarano ("Dr. Q") that I found deeply concerning. He entered the room abruptly while I was having the ultrasound. He stood there with the door wide open and patients passing by, and began speaking to the technician without acknowledging me at all. This felt like a serious violation of privacy. The technician even apologized, saying, "That's just how he is." Got it, Dr. Q is unprofessional. Later, he was my discharge doctor after delivery. He entered the room, asked if I wanted to go home, and when I responded that I wanted to ensure I was stable, he asked no follow-up questions, performed no exam, and left. Given my complications--including SVT, kidney stones, and severe postpartum hypertension--this felt like medical malpractice. During my postpartum, just a week after delivery my hypertension/eclampsia became severe. I had already been admitted once overnight on magnesium to treat the eclampsia and discharged with Labetalol. This wasn't a fix as my blood pressure was still elevated. My husband and I called the on-call doctor who was Dr. Chad White. I had been taking Labetalol which had been prescribed and he said that if the blood pressure didn't come down soon to take another dose which I did. This landed me in the ER because my heart rate was then in the 40/50s and blood pressure was still high. I was admitted again overnight. Again, this felt like medical negligence given my heart health history and Labetalol's effect on heart rate. I do want to note that the nursing staff and front desk team were consistently kind, patient, and supportive, which I truly appreciated. However, due to repeated concerns around professionalism, communication, and patient care from the physicians, I will not be returning.

She removed a fibroid from my uterus via open Myomectomy and she was so comforting about it. I had a bad nurse and nurses aid who I yelled at because they were rude and I was in pain and I was having a bad reaction to the pain meds, dr ramar took care of it right away and switched my meds and I immediately felt better! I slept that night and was able to leave the following day. I apologized for being rude to her staff and explained what had happened and she wasn't mad at me at all. I had another medication sent to a different pharmacy and they needed clarification on the medication and was never able to reach anyone in the office. All other OBs around my area have merged together so you have to meet a bunch of different doctors and it's luck of the draw who will deliver you. They spent their time with us to answer all our questions and inform us of anything needed. I have a chronic illness also so worried about getting the best care for myself and baby and she far exceeded my expectations.
