I will not be returning to this practice. I first began seeing Dr. Mellor in 2023. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Pap smear and to discuss fertility concerns. While waiting in the exam room, a medical student entered and informed me that Dr. Mellor would not be seeing me and that she would be performing the exam instead. I had specifically requested to establish care with Dr. Mellor, so this was disappointing. When I expressed this, I was told that unless my needs were urgent, she did not have time to see me. After the appointment, Dr. Mellor approached me in the hallway--in front of other patients and staff--to ask how everything went. This felt unprofessional and lacking in privacy. Although I didn't address it at the time, it left a lasting impression. I continued care through my pregnancy in late 2024. Overall, my experience with Dr. Mellor was medically competent, though her communication style is very direct and may not feel empathetic for patients who are looking for emotional support--especially during a high-risk pregnancy. During my first vaginal ultrasound, I had an encounter with Dr. Quasarano ("Dr. Q") that I found deeply concerning. He entered the room abruptly while I was having the ultrasound. He stood there with the door wide open and patients passing by, and began speaking to the technician without acknowledging me at all. This felt like a serious violation of privacy. The technician even apologized, saying, "That's just how he is." Got it, Dr. Q is unprofessional. Later, he was my discharge doctor after delivery. He entered the room, asked if I wanted to go home, and when I responded that I wanted to ensure I was stable, he asked no follow-up questions, performed no exam, and left. Given my complications--including SVT, kidney stones, and severe postpartum hypertension--this felt like medical malpractice. During my postpartum, just a week after delivery my hypertension/eclampsia became severe. I had already been admitted once overnight on magnesium to treat the eclampsia and discharged with Labetalol. This wasn't a fix as my blood pressure was still elevated. My husband and I called the on-call doctor who was Dr. Chad White. I had been taking Labetalol which had been prescribed and he said that if the blood pressure didn't come down soon to take another dose which I did. This landed me in the ER because my heart rate was then in the 40/50s and blood pressure was still high. I was admitted again overnight. Again, this felt like medical negligence given my heart health history and Labetalol's effect on heart rate. I do want to note that the nursing staff and front desk team were consistently kind, patient, and supportive, which I truly appreciated. However, due to repeated concerns around professionalism, communication, and patient care from the physicians, I will not be returning. read more

There is no staff to answer any phone calls about anything at any time of the day. The auotmated AI system is horrible and is no help. They call you with test results, leave a message then you cannot get anyone of the phone or get a call back. Patient care is put on the back burner obviously for volume and in and out service. If you want personal care this is the wrong practice!!! read more

The wait times for this practice at the Garfield, Chesterfield and Moross locations are ridiculous. I fired Dr. White when I was 22 weeks pregnant due to bedside manner and how he handled the findings leading to my daughter's prenatal diagnosis. There were so many signs that he ignored that could have led to me receiving specialized care earlier. I have seen dozens of other horror stories from this office, but they remove their negative reviews off of google, which I believe is a safety risk for women. Thank god for Yelp. I have NO COMPLAINTS about my doctor AT ALL. But as far as the women at the front desk at Garfield AND Moross, they never give you the correct information, the hold time for a call is ridiculous & when you walk into the office everyone is behind the desk talking. ALSO, I turned in paperwork for my employer to be filled out on 9/15 and it is now 9/29 and my employer needs the paperwork by 9/30. Whoever handles the paperwork is never at work, never answers the phone, and never returns phone calls!!!! I went through this on my maternity leave in 2024. read more

I started going here years ago and loved my male physician. He left and I got Dr Mellor, who is wonderful too. The experience I had today with Dr White.. well I am just not sure how anyone can say "compassionate" and Dr White in the same sentence. I will never see him again. Sensitivity and empathy are needed as an OBGYN. I would love to see how he reacts when someone has a blade slicing into cutting into his genitals. Would he like to be told to "be a big boy"? And everyone is right. The wait times are ridiculous. Spread the appointments out it isn't brain surgery. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, then I would because this location is a money grab and incompetent doctors (Dr. John Pisan) specifically! My first visit at establishment was with Dr. John Pisan and he advised that I needed to have surgery and it would be the ONLY way to resolve the issue after being "diagnosed" by him. I proceed to complete the surgery in desperate attempt to resolve the issue and adhering to a medical professionals recommendation. Only to have the surgery and the purpose of the surgery not to be done. No clue why or what happened, I called the office, but was advised you can't speak with the doctor at all unless you have an appointment. Totally in sane! (I miss my retired OB doctor so much, because that would never happened with her). I came for my post op appointment only to be surprised by a massive bill that was demanded to be paid or I'd have to reschedule my appointment (again this is a POST OP visit and my second time visiting). Are you kidding me??? My issue isn't even resolved and I have no clue why. Notes in my chart are useless. I just want to know what happened in conversation. I don't even trust doing anything else nor being touched. I would NEVER recommend this location or Dr. John Pisan to anyone. Also, Dajia the receptionist was rude and has a poor attitude. What in the world... I had the strangest, most unprofessional, chaotic phone experience with Gina in billing. I called to get an understanding of cash prices, was transferred to billing where I asked my first question to Gina. She answered me in a very rude, sarcastic, condescending tone where I politely asked her to treat me with kindness and respect. She then yelled at me... which took me so off guard. I again, asked her to not take her personal issues out on me and that this was terrible customer service (I said this all with a calm demeanor) & she then hung up on me. I am in disbelief, shock, and disappointment that they would let someone of that caliber in a customer service role. I truly hope they let her go because no one in their right mind deserves to be treated in that way, ever. I'm speechless. read more

I am sitting here writing this review somewhat in shock after getting off the phone with the Chesterfield office. I've been a patient here for almost 20 years and had a baby with Dr. White in 2023. I just called the office to schedule an appointment, as I am about 10.5 weeks into my second pregnancy. I was told by the woman on the phone that I am basically "SOL" and cannot be seen for this pregnancy, as Dr. White is fully booked until 3/27 and at that point, I will be out of my 1st trimester. It's "company policy". How am I to know that? She did not offer to have me be seen by another doctor there, or fit me in so that I would be able to be seen by Dr. White for the remainder of my pregnancy (I've been seen by almost all of the doctors on staff over the past 20 years). She simply told me I cannot be seen for this pregnancy, and referred me to a "resident's clinic", with no explanation of what that entails. I had a miscarriage in December 2024 and was nervous going into this pregnancy, so I waited to call until I was closer to being 10-11 weeks, as the last experience was traumatic. Apparently, that means I can no longer be a patient at Comprehensive Woman's Care. Again, I am in absolute disgust that as patient of almost 20 years, I was treated this way, and basically shown the door. I have been a patient of Dr. Nathan White for over a decade, I think he is a phenomenal physician. I followed him to the new practice he moved to at Comprehensive Women's Care in Clinton Township. HORRIBLE! RUDE receptionists and vile manager! This was only my second visit to this office. My first visit I was also turned off by the nasty attitudes from the desk. Should have been my red flag not to return. I wish I had read all these negative reviews. Today I was scheduled for a mammogram at 11am and an annual exam immediately after. I was seen promptly by the service provider to do my mammogram (she was lovely- very nice and professional). The service provider who did my mammogram said to let front desk know I am ready for Dr. White. I let the receptionist know, she said "yup, I have you checked in with him already, have a seat and they will call you back shortly". I was called back by the nurse about 10 min later. The nurse took me back to the room and did my vitals. She had me undress and wait for Dr. White.(the nurse who seen me was also very nice and professional). After 45 minutes(I left that office at 12:20pm) of waiting I opened my door asking when I was going to be seen. The nurse who took my vitals told me the front desk was supposed to tell me that Dr. White was not coming in due an emergency labor. I went to the front desk and asked Why no one said anything, I got no response not even a sorry. I said the nurse told me you guys were supposed to tell me when I checked in I couldn't be seen due to his emergency. I asked to speak to the office manager- she came out and I expressed how upset I was, and she gaslighted me, making me feel like I was the one who was rude for not understanding, even though they left me in a room half naked with no idea what was going on. I too have a job I had to get back to, but how dare I be upset, absolutely ridiculous. I was so taken aback by her response to this situation and how she approached me, she was nasty. She said "you need to lower your voice, I will not be screamed at today!" I was not yelling/screaming. She disagreed and said I was! She was so rude from the get go, unprofessional, and the audacity of her to gaslight making me to feel like it was my fault, and that I should have been understanding of being left to sit in an exam room for nearly an hour. I let her know the fact I wasn't seen due to the emergency was not the issue. The issue I had was I was left in that exam room for 45min. Good thing I opened the door asking what was going on, they would have had me rot in there if not. I will never return. That manager was vile! I have been a patient of Dr. Raymond Quasanaro for just over two years and will not be returning to this practice after multiple horrible encounters with this provider, and Comprehensive Women's Care in general. On June 9th I found out I was pregnant and had my first appointment scheduled for July 3rd. On June 30th, my appointment was randomly cancelled and I was luckily able to call and get myself an appointment on July 2nd. I anticipated a normal prenatal visit with an ultrasound, so my husband and I both took off work to be there (the reschedule made us go during work hours). However, I saw the doctor for less than a minute, was given zero information or ability to ask questions, and had a blood draw. The following Tuesday, before I even had blood draw results back, I had an U/S where the ultrasound tech told me I did not have a viable pregnancy. As one could imagine, this was extremely shocking and upsetting news. The ultrasound tech told me there was not a doctor available to speak to me that day. I was ordered, by the ultrasound tech, to get a blood draw and was told my doctor would call me later that day. I never got a phone call regarding that ultrasound. On that Thursday, after calling the office multiple times to find out my lab results, a nurse told me, "Dr. Quasanaro doesn't want you to do anything differently." And then hung up the phone. A very ominous thing to say. I called the office manager to let her know I felt like my situation was leaving me in the dark and that I couldn't believe I had yet to have a conversation with the doctor. She then had me meet with Dr. White the following week in lieu of Dr. Quasanaro because I quite frankly didn't feel that he would give me the answers and care I needed. Dr. White confirmed the miscarriage and encouraged a D&C at 10 weeks. Dr. White was in pure shock and apologized multiple times when I told him Dr. Quasanaro had never contacted us after the ultrasound when he asked, "what did Dr. Quasanaro say about the first ultrasound?" We did get a lot of questions answered by Dr. White, for which I am grateful. However, even after saying he would be the one doing the procedure, the office called me and told me that Dr. Quasanaro had to be the person to the procedure. The day of the procedure, I had to remind Dr. Quasanaro that I was supposed to be on an antibiotic afterwards (Dr. White had warned me) and his response was, "Oh, my nurse didn't already order that for you?" Glad the doctor was up to tabs on my charts and medications. Additionally, the office would not call my initial visit at 8 weeks prenatal, because they call it a "confirmation of pregnancy" so that the insurance company pays them on the specialist fee schedule. This meant that I had to pay as a specialist visit. If they had told me it was going to require a referral, I could have had the initial blood draw at my PCP. Further proof that this practice cares more about getting money from the patients and insurance companies, than they do caring their patients. read more

I'm writing this as I am currently leaving. Original doctor (Alex Corey) was amazing, not a long wait and very nice. Ever since she left this place has gone down hill. Waited 2.5 hours, 30 minutes left in the exam room fully naked to be seen by new doctor (Chad White). All for an annual exam. When I asked, "Could I get a time estimate, my appointment was at 4:30pm?" I was told "He's just slow sorry." After waiting 10 more minutes I got dressed and left. I was never seen, fully believe I was forgotten about. To add: Waiting room is filthy and run down and exam rooms are unbelievably tiny. Go somewhere else. read more

I love my doctor Dr. Messina, unfortunately I have to switch because of the staff at her office. The wait is on average 2 hours. Staff won't call to tell you they are behind, they wont let you come in late (even when they are 2 hours behind) you must check in at your appointment time. I checked in asked if I could leave to run errands and have them give me a call when there was only one person in front of me, they can't even do that.If you took the day off work or have multiple appointments, good luck. If an office averagely run 2 hours late, please come up with methods on making sure patients aren't waiting 3 hours to be seen with no option to come in late or leave. Absolutely ridiculous experience and 2 appointments had to be canceled because of this. read more

I was naked from the waist down for over an hour while waiting in the exam room. It took over 2 hours after my appointment started to be seen by my doctor. We spoke for five minutes. The women who work behind the desk/answer phones cut you off mid sentence, they are rude and impatient. Also the waiting room area is gross, there's old couches that have stains on them. Shannon Dr. White & Dr. Quasarano cover up abuse and will drop you from the practice late in pregnancy due to their hippa violations and fear of being exposed. Too bad I have Shannon's hippa violation on video & her reason for me being discharged this late in pregnancy. Dr. White is a mandated reporter and didn't report abuse on a patient from Dr. Quasarano. Dr. Quasarano threatened bodily harm on his patient and refused me up to labor and delivery. These doctors are sick and don't deserve to be in practice. read more

As other reviews have stated, the wait times are a bit much. I either book for first appointment of the day, or I try for a late night after work. I look at it as I only have to go once a year, since I really like my Dr, I don't care about the wait. I want to see him and I will wait to see him. I was looking for a new Dr after the midwife I was seeing retired. The women I worked with all said "Go see Dr. White. We all go see him.". I thought they were joking, but they weren't. I figured 6 women couldn't be wrong so I made an appointment. They all warned me about the wait times, but they all assured me he provided great care and was worth the wait. I have been a patient of his for over 5 years now and I couldn't be happier with the care I have received. One of the best things about Dr. White is his bedside manner. You have your exam in the exam room, and after you change, you are taken to his office to sit and talk with the Dr. You don't have to sit there in a paper gown thinking of all the questions you want to ask. You can sit in a much more comfortable setting and really talk to him. I have had to get a few out-patient procedures done with Dr. White, and both my Mom and Husband really like how he kept them well informed about what was going to happen and how the procedures went. I have recommended him to a few people over the years and all of them are still patients of his and agree, the wait is worth it. read more

Let's just start with horrible, just horrible. As a medical professional that works in a very busy specialty practice I tend to have patience and understanding when a provider is running behind. I waited an hour and a half undressed. No one came in the exam room to advise me of a delay. The Ma's were in the hallway carrying on as if there were no patients near. After waiting with no sight of a provider I decided to leave. The patient care is subpar at the very least within this practice. Very disappointing. read more

I was just supposed to get a depo shot. I went for an annual appt on weds of last week. Which they tried to tell me I didn't. At that appointment dr. White advised that I go back on my birth control to help with some pain I'm having. I was told I couldn't get the shot without a blood test for pregnancy and that I'd have to come back the next day to get the shot. I was not told this when I made the appointment. I informed the lady with short green hair that I could not come back the next day as I don't drive and I have another appointment tomorrow. My husband works until 3 my other appt is at 3:45. I told her I have no way to get there. She said I couldn't get my shot then. No other options were given. I wanted an explanation on why I wasn't told this on weds and why if I just had an annual and I wasn't pregnant than why couldn't I get the shot today. And why if I didn't get a blood test when I first went on it, why do I need one now. They didn't really answer, except its protocol. I insisted on seeing a dr-big mistake. All except the first woman the ladies were very nice and caring. One even came up with a plan that I could get my blood taken today and then go to chesterfield (my normal office) Thursday and get the shot. I said yes that would work. Then the dr came in and told me I needed to get a blood test today and tomorrow. What!?! I asked why and he said to confirm. I explained that I just had surgery 2 weeks ago, I had an appt last weds and haven't had sex since April. It didn't matter to him. I was so fed up bc now he said I had to come back an additional 2 days just to get a depo shot. I grabbed my perscription shot crumpled up the blood test order said I want my money back and left. I understand protocol and I would never want to harm a baby if I was pregnant but this was handled totally incorrectly. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong and lying. The dr was very cold and just kept saying I don't know you. I tried to ask about the plan the other lady cam up with but he just kept saying I'd have to come back tomorrow. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. First off, the wait time is about 2 hours. They're also terrible at answering the phones and are very rude. They kept calling me a few years ago to schedule an appointment because I was late. I scheduled the appointment, got in, and waited for 2 hours just for them to charge me and tell me I was scheduled too early so they couldn't do my annual exam. I gave them another chance in April 2023 and my Doctor, tested me for something I was unaware of, sent it to a different lab and I just now (December 2023) got a bill for around $100 from the lab. I tried speaking with a few woman from the billing department and one of them told me that in the fine print that I signed that they can send the tests to out-of-networks whenever they'd like and can test you for things you're unaware of. They never inform you of what they're doing because they just want money and make you sign. I always tell the office ladies and my doctor I only want what's cover by my insurance and of course they did the complete opposite because they're greedy. They had my call the lab company that sent me the bill and they said they gave me a discount when I shouldn't have been charged in the first place! Note that whenever you get tested they don't ever let you know what the results are. It's extremely unfortunate because I really liked my doctor but I advise anyone and everyone to NEVER go here. Take your business elsewhere because they'll just take your money and laugh because you signed all their form. Evil greedy people work here. read more

Lost my FMLA paperwork twice, then denied because of no medical reason. How is stabbing pains in my uterus with no cause not a medical reason!? When I called to have my medical records sent to my PCP, they didn't even ask as to why I was leaving. Don't seem to value their patients. Its almost Halloween and it makes me cringe to think about this place. Think of you as a number and them as an evil corporation with permission to violate you, lie to you, keep you waiting and disrespect you naked. Something really has to change from top to bottom or this practice will sink. It is sinking, a sinking city and you'll drown with them if you don't listen. They took 6 vials of my blood (gloveless might I add). Asked me for my permission to let a male resident in too, in the already small room just seconds before Dr. Chad White came in. I said yes, so there were 3 strangers in total looking at my vagina and my butthole at the same time and little did I know, the one in charge had intentions to do very extreme procedures on my beautiful body for no reason. This is all because I had bad cramps out nowhere and wanted to check to make sure that everything was fine. So I voluntarily scheduled an exam as a prerequisite for the ultrasound I had requested over the phone. I am not a human test dummy. It really hurts me to leave a bad review but it hurts me even more to have had the experience. After being a patient for over 18 years, I want nothing else to do with this practice besides a refund and an apology. The staff is rude, the wait times are long from room to room, things are rushed and you are over looked. They urge you to use the patient portal to pay your bills but they never reply to your important messages. Dr. White is a salesman and he says things that he doesn't mean, like he will follow up with you once your blood work and test results are back in. He doesn't know how to say your name so he calls you Bud. Mind you I had to keep reminding him multiple times, in the exam room that I requested an "ultra sound" not an "endosee". I was not there for an endosee because I personally requested an ultrasound to check for fibroids, endometriosis or anything suspicious because of some really bad cramps out of nowhere. I have a history of perfect paps so this suggestion blew me out of the water. When I escaped there my ultrasound was scheduled yet during my ovulation period which will naturally show me having a thick lining of my uterus called the endometrium. You see, there were no things out of place or odd on my ultrasound but because the lining of my endometrium was "a little thick" Dr. White had a woman call me and suggest a biopsy and endosee. I asked to speak with Dr. White because it didn't make sense that he would jump right back to the thing he'd been suggesting this whole time especially on information that does not suggest it's necessity. Why did he want me to schedule an endosee when my endometrium lining was thick because I was ovulating? I later found out on Google that if you are ovulating the lining of your endometrium will be thick because it is getting ready to shed when you have your period. There wasn't anything concerning on the ultrasound imaging besides the thickness of my endometrium, which again was normal. Even the technician said aloud that everything looked normal. My cramps did go away btw. Dr. White will suggest $2,000 surgeries that you don't need and have someone else call you to tell you who uses assumtive words to try and schedule you. They will waste your time and charge you for theirs. If I would have said yes I would have given them permission to carve on me for no good reason. This thought is scary. Had I not said no to scheduling the procedure and questioned Dr. White on our next call(that I was charged a $116 for) I would have been their next victim. When I spoke to Chad I asked him to confirm that during time of ovulation the lining is supposed to be thick and he said yes. I also asked whether or not the ultrasound should be done again and he said yes. So there you have it ladies and gentlemen. They will screen your calls and promise to call you back but never will. Do not give this practice your business or access to your vagina, especially black women! read more

Was told to see a specialist by my primary care since my test results from here were abnormal. This was back in May, they told me it would take 24-48 hours... 2 months later and I'm sitting in the specialist office with no test results. Will not be coming back. read more

The office manager, Shannon, is very unprofessional and does not return calls. I called the office on three separate occasions regarding an appointment issue and she never responded or called me back. After I tried calling multiple times for 2 weeks, I was frustrated and finally got through to her only because my appointment was the next day and I explained that I didn't feel comfortable going unless I spoke to Shannon regarding my situation first. She was not helpful, friendly, or caring towards me at all. It's a shame because the rest of the office is very professional. read more

If you value your life, find another OB office. I was admitted to the hospital at 41 weeks pregnant after having contractions and intense liver pain and was told I had preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome there. I had been having symptoms for probably around 2 weeks, but nothing was ever said to me (they should have been able to see protein in my urine). I had a bunch of swelling (gained 55lbs) and intense itchiness on my hands and stomach. They never checked bloodwork for iron levels or platelet levels. On my intake paperwork I marked that I had thyroid issues, but they never tried to monitor them. When I brought it up further along in my pregnancy, the doctor seemed mad that I had never brought it up? Even though it was written in the paperwork? When they did the bloodwork, my levels indicated I should have been treated during pregnancy. Eventually had to have an emergency csection due to the severity of preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. Required 3 blood transfusions and had to stay at the hospital for 5 days. The doctor ripped my uterus and explained nonchalantly that I could have as many kids as I want, but a vaginal birth was no longer an option for me. I called the office to schedule a postpartum visit and they told me to schedule 6 weeks out, even though I explained I had a csection and preeclampsia/HELLP syndrome. I ended up returning to the office at 4 weeks due to my HUGE incision opening in a couple of spots. The doctor asked why I hadn't been to the office since the delivery and when I explained she got mad at the Receptionists that scheduled me wrong....but she was aware I had delivered. Why didn't she follow up on me? Especially given my circumstances. I could have easily died, my child could have died too. She didn't do the necessary bloodwork to check my levels at the 4 week appointment. Needless to say, I won't ever be returning. This office is a joke. read more

Dr. White and his team are phenomenal. I'd wait all day long just to be seen by Dr. White. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and understand. He will do whatever it takes for his patients. He really goes above and beyond. When my sister was pregnant with twins. She was admitted to the hospital at 23 weeks. With the help of Dr. White and the other providers they were able to come up with an intervention to aid in helping my sister hold those babies in until 28 weeks. The support and positivity she received from the providers lifted her spirits for the 5 weeks she was in the hospital. Which was critical in a compromising situation. Fortunately, the babies were born perfectly. Thankfully, Laurie (ultrasound technician at comprehensive) spotted the issue with my sister's cervix and Dr. White was quick to respond so the babies had a fighting chance. My sister and our family are extremely grateful for the care she received at Comprehensive. Fast forward 11 months and I am pregnant with my 2nd child. My first was born in Florida and my experiences there have traumatized me. Thus, when you find Dr. White you hold on to him! You will happily wait however long it takes because when you're in his hands you will receive optimal care. Having Hyperemesis while pregnant with my previous pregnancies was miserable. The first pregnancy ended due to a chromosomal issue and my second pregnancy thrived while I barely felt alive. By the grace of God I was praying this pregnancy wouldn't be like the others. I never even had a chance to take a pregnancy test when the sickness hit me like a ton of bricks. I tried to make an appointment with my FL perinatologist and I was dismissed and told to call back at 8 weeks. When I called back they told me to make an appointment somewhere else to confirm pregnancy before they would see me. A year earlier I never had to do that before. Long story short, it was a blessing is disguise that I didn't have to torment myself and deal with another anxiety driven pregnancy at that office. As the time progressed so did the Hyperemesis. My days were spent laying on the couch in solitary confinement with my son and dog. Thank goodness for the 20 foot long baby gate with dual purpose served as a babysitter between my runs the the porcelain pedestal that I spent hours hugging spilling my guts to. I joined Hyperemesis support groups to try and get me through this rough road. Those weeks I contemplated abortion. Week 10 I decided the best place for my son and I to be would be at home in MI with my mom. No one understands Hyperemesis and my family thought it was all mental until they witnessed the misery first hand. I made 3 abortion appointments. I went to one and walked out. I knew I was keeping this baby. So, now I needed a plan. I was 12 weeks pregnant and racked my brain over solidifying my next steps. My mom and sister encouraged me to make an appointment with Dr. White. I mustered up the courage and I called to make an appointment. Thankfully, he was able to see me. The day of my appointment was rough. I wasn't feeling well at all. My mom barges in my room, and abruptly says your appointment is in 30 mins. I'm exhausted and start crying and tell her I can't do it. I laid there sulking in my misery. A few momnets later I popped up, grabbed the dirty clothes off the floor and we were on our way. Unbeknownst to the current time, I arrived to my appointment at 2PM, I'm waiting and waiting and 2:50PM rolls around and my mom said to me, you've been waiting a long time. I said I don't care, he is that good obviously. I asked what time it was and she said 2:50PM. Well, that explains our wait my appointment was at 3PM. 3PM hits and I am seen right away. So, the wait time I endured was self inflicted. Everything else I experienced was punctual. But I know it is not going to be like that all the time because some patients needs take precedent over just a basic visit. Which is something many people should empathize with. After all the intake necessities I sat down with my long awaited knight and shining armor (Dr. White). I divulged all my issues and concerns. He expressed with confidence all the different methods to aid in alleviating some if not all of my sickness. I wasn't sure if anything would work but I trusted that Dr. White would figure something out. He gave me a sample of Bonjesta and told me to try it. I took it before bed last night and today I woke up feeling like a new person. I'm functioning and can be a mother. I might even have the endurance to shave my over neglected hairy legs! I know that this is just the beginning but I feel confident that Dr. White is going to do everything within his power to make this journey for me as enjoyable as possible. He truly is the most amazing doctor. I am beyond fortunate to be able to call him my doctor! read more

Dr. Carr is beyond amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and polite . I always feel super comfortable with her, completely feel as if I've know her my whole life. I am a very private person and I get awkward when people bring up anything regarding sex or anything related but with Dr. Carr I'm actually comfortable. The entire staff is amazing. The staff is absolutely wonderful!! One big hug after another! A very comfortable environment. Yes.! I so appreciate Dr. White! Excellent bedside manners!! One of the BEST!! I'm pleased to say I won't be going anywhere else. What more can you ask for!! For us women out there we definitely need a gynecologist!! Sooner or later! Lots of great help on board! Docs are good but wait times really are ridiculous. I wait on average an hour and a half for a 15 min apt. The nurses are nice but I plan to switch offices after my baby is born to an office that values the times of their patients better read more

Appointment times are only suggestions. Whether they constantly overbook or just don't understand how appointment scheduling is supposed to work, wait times of 45 minutes to 2 hours past the scheduled appointment are common enough to where everyone sitting in the lobby complains about it. read more

Love Dr.Messina and Dr. Mellor but the front desk staff have no clue how to properly book patients. This office definitely over books their doctors. If you become a patient here prepare to wait 1-2 HOURS in the waiting room then sit for another 30-50 minutes in a room to finally see the doctor! Love my doctors but I will probably be finding a new office! My time is too valuable. read more
