It's sad that's not the standard everywhere, but I'm happy I find this place. It took a few weeks to get in as a new patient but I was able to get in super quick after the first visit. You have the option of checking in online which makes the appointment go quicker and get called back fairly quickly. For my first visit, I was in and out within 45 minutes which is super rare in my experience.

Since my doctor retired I was determined to stay at this office, but find another doctor with the same compassion as my old doctor. After a couple of visits and seeing the wrong doctor, I almost gave up. My old doctor's assistant, Michelle is with Dr. Rodriguez now so I decided to give her a try. By the way, Michelle is great!!! Dr. Rodriguez is Wonderful!!! She is very compassionate, she listens and cares about all of your needs. This kind of appointment can be uneasy to some, so a great doctor, a great assistant and a nice place makes a difference. Dr. Rodriguez appointments may be a little difficult to get, but have patience when booking an appointment. Trust me, she's well with the wait!!

Well, Dr. Michael Genord and the staff at Esprit Women's Health will make that totally unenjoyable visit, well, as good as it could probably get. The staff at Esprit is ridiculously kind and makes you feel as though you're the only patient they care about. I've been seeing Dr. Genord for close to 5 years and I've continually been satisfied with the care I've received. They are always willing to work with my unpredictable schedule and always return phone calls and call in prescriptions swiftly.

I saw Dr. Luciana Stumpf and I cannot recommend her ENOUGH. She was incredibly competent and compassionate. I had never felt so comfortable throughout the entire experience. I know some others have experienced billing issues, but that has not been a problem for me.

I initially found Dr. Yolonda Moore to be polite and professional during my appointments…read more Unfortunately, my experience with my follow-up care was extremely disappointing. I was undergoing evaluation for a possible ovarian condition, including a procedure that was intended to provide more information. The procedure was canceled by the anesthesia department because I became ill that week. I was instructed to reschedule once I recovered and was told that someone from Dr. Moore's office would contact me. After that, I called the office multiple times to speak with Dr. Moore or a nurse about rescheduling my procedure, discussing my blood work, and understanding the next steps in my care. None of my calls were returned. I also never received my blood test results or an explanation of what they meant. The only communication I received was a bill for more than $200. Waiting for testing related to a possible serious diagnosis is incredibly stressful. Being unable to reach anyone, not receiving my results, and not having my procedure rescheduled left me feeling unsupported and without guidance during a very frightening time. I cannot speak to the care provided by the other physicians in this practice. However, based on my personal experience with Dr. Moore, I would not recommend her to anyone who is concerned about receiving timely communication, follow-up, and continuity of care--especially when being evaluated for a potentially serious medical condition.

Dr. Boyd and her staff are friendly and sympathetic to my concerns. I always feel comfortable sharing what's going on, without the fear of judgment. I also like that within the last few years, Dr. Boyd's office has become more savvy with technology. Using this app has allowed me to access my information when I need it. No longer will I have to wait to reach the office to get this information.
