EVERY staff member was extremely welcoming and personable. My hygienist was super sweet, engaged in fun conversation, and was very gentle with the cleaning (a nice change from my previous dentist office haha). I feel really lucky to have found such an awesome dentist so close to home! Second Street is location in the perfect spot in downtown St. Charles. It's easy to find, and there seems to be a good amount of parking near the office. I would 100% recommend this office!

I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. I have 2 kids (5 and almost 3) who have gone and the team does really well with them to try and keep them entertained (put on a show while they are cleaning) as well as incentivize them with prizes afterwards.

They often do not ask for payment at the time of care nor do they bill in a timely manner and yet they add service charges for bills not paid within 30 days. They have also sent charges to our insurance and Flex account that have caused numerous headaches for us. We like the dentists and hygienists but we cannot stay with them due to the billing issues and lack of assistance in clearing them up.

Are you sure you think you can get that many teeth done in one appointment because it didn't sound right to me. They say yes I say OK so I won't have to pay anything else and they say no I say OK we start the appointment. Parents are not allowed to go to the back. They use the laughing gas for my son. They let me know that closer to the end of the procedure that they would need another 150 to complete the procedure because he is just needing more support. I asked him if he's crying if he's OK they say no he's OK. Not crying He's just laying there so that doesn't make sense to me. I asked my son why he was upset he said because it stung I asked him where he pointed to a slice on the side of his gum. Not sure what happened but I will say I am glad it's over with

A bit later they came out to let me know they put a few caps on and had to pull one of her molars... oh an we pulled out her 2 front teeth cause they were a little loose. WHAT!!!!! Did not stop to talk to me did not get permission and the teeth were definitely not loose! She has gone almost a full year without her front teeth because they were not ready to come out. She is traumatized from being weighted down and essentially tortured by having her front teeth riped from her head. When they brought her out to be she looked like she had been through Hell, I was living and still am. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!!! They should be charged for chikd abuse! I agreed to caps and spacer and if you had to pull a molar. You never mentioned you would be ripping out her front teeth nor did it say that in any of the papers. When an issue arises instead of coming to inform me an let me decide what to do, you just went ahead an ripped out her front teeth. They were not ready to come out an per other dentist that looked and xrays taken those teeth were no where ready to come out! So not loose as you claimed they were. I believe you broke them or pulled them to make more room. You are a terrible business and shouldn't have access to children who can not depend themselves from you! I thoroughly regret trusting you with my daughter and I will and have told everyone to stay far away from you! I have debtist also concerned about the care that was taken before the caps were put on, not being done right an possibly needing more work done! They told me that I also have some cavities that needed to be taking care of. Luckily, Dr. Park managed to set another appointment for me even though his office was busy during the holiday. He was very detailed and gentle during the whole process. He also gave me some advice on how to brush my teeth and floss. I can honestly say this has been the best dental experience I have ever had. I was nervous at first but really glad I chose Geneva Smiles. I'm really happy with my teeth and service. Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation.
