He told us that he had to send us a quote via email. That was strange as everyone that came after him gave us a quote on the spot. He told us he would send the quote the next day and he was going to drop off a sample of the color sample as well, as he lives very close to us. The next day he did not show up. The quote was never sent. We have not hear from him since we saw him at our house. Very unprofessional!!! What a waste of time! I guess Brock Windows and Steve Matika don't care about quotes, sales and good customer service!!! We got a great quote elsewhere and we are getting our new door installed next month! After spending $4000 on custom size…read morewindows and an exterior door, the two windows and the door were not very accurate to the size i gave them, but i made it work regardless. the problem is the crap construction of their screens, not fitting, cockeyed, and screen stopper tabs falling out. When i went back to get two screens re-done so they fit and don't fall out easily / or get removed easily by burglars, i was told by the receptionist that these screens i was bringing in are not even made by them. Somehow i was trying to rip them off? GOODBYE .... never again.
