    My husband and I bought a house sold by the owner of Choice, Ron McIntyre. In the home was a poster…read moresaying "buy this house and receive a FREE 5 day 4 night vacation!" The purported vacation was to your choice of either Cancun or Puerto Vallarta and excluded airfare and tax. We loved the house and after we closed, I allowed approx 3 weeks to pass to give Ron time to get us information on how to redeem this vacation. During this time I was also waiting for him to come retrieve his "for sale" sign (he'd also never put a "sold" sign on it). After this time had gone by and I still hadn't heard from him, and with a "for sale" sign still in the yard of our new home, I sent an email to Ron McIntyre requesting information on the trip and asking him to come get his sign. I never heard back. That was 3 months ago. The sign was finally removed when I got in touch with our agent. It doesn't strike me as very professional to advertise something and then not only fail to deliver, but to never even have the courtesy of replying to an email.

He negotiated a contract that was very favorable to us and he was always available to address our many questions about the home, the neighborhood and the city. Mike was responsive to our concerns about the age of the home and ultimately helped us select a contractor that could make our dream home a reality. He has our highest recommendation!

He was so honest and willing to help me though this confusing and difficult purchase. I knew what to expect as we shopped and went thought the steps to get out house keys. After starting in an area of town we thought we were going to live in, we ended up elsewhere for a better price. Oh! And shopping on his website made it easy for us to view listings as they came on the market! I would highly recommend calling Michael for your real estate needs!     Avoid this company/apartments at ALL costs…read more The apartment I'm at is filthy as they didn't bother cleaning out the vents or AC units or appliances. The floor is cheap and creaky and has tons of bugs coming out from the boards. A perk of the poorly done floors is you can hear each and every step your up stairs neighbor take.The water pressure is awful and the water is constantly either too cold or too hot. The water completely shut off in the apartment and it took the management 24hrs to even acknowledge it. (Took two days for it to be resolved).The hot water broke and it also took 24hrs for them to acknowledge it (it's still broken as I'm typing this). Good luck with any maintenance request. It's incredibly difficult and frustrating to even get a person on the phone. Much less get actual maintenance people in. We submitted a request for maintenance, didn't hear back for 1 month. Then, they no called no showed to the appointment. Didn't hear a thing until 2 months later where they randomly showed up after the problem had been resolved BY US. This company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with ANY of their locations. They truly don't care about anything but money. The apartments are total shit holes, even for $1,000-1,500 apartments.

    Misleading Practices and Failure to Honour Written Commitments…read more Prodigy handled my case with serious inconsistencies, ultimately siding against the customer despite clear written evidence that the hotel -- Iconic Retreats -- cancelled my reservation the night before check-in. Prodigy was aware of the cancellation (and the hotel's written refund promise), yet still allowed the charge to stand. This is unacceptable from a management company responsible for customer trust and fair handling of disputes. Even after I provided screenshots showing that the property initiated the cancellation and approved my refund, Prodigy maintained the charge and relied on a "no cancellation policy" that did not apply. The property cancelled their own reservation -- not me. A management company should uphold transparency and integrity. Instead, Prodigy allowed contradictory communication, ignored documented commitments, and treated a clear case as if it were a regular no-show. This experience has eroded my trust, and I cannot recommend Prodigy or any property they manage.

Do not rent from this company without researching it first! Nothing good will come out of it. First, the maintenance man Rob, came over and to my garage one day while I was in my garage, screaming my music was too loud. So,, i told him it was day time, and i didnt see the problem. So, he reaches into my garage, and trips my stereo out of the wall, causing it to break. This incident lead to me getting a phone call from a man the next day, threatening me, talking about personal information of mine that no one knows about, such as my kids, and where I live, my cars color and features, etc. When I paid people finders to search the phone number for me, it comes back to the apartment manager, Setarah Bacons, husband, kody bacon. Setarah gave him all my info, had him call me, threatening me. Then, I was leaving the apartments the next night, and a vehicle pulls off after me. I noticed right away, it was her vehicle that she drives every so often to work, but a man was in it this time. I find out it was her husband, the same man who was threatening me. He chased me all across spokane, trying to run me off the road, and yelling threats to me the whole way, and my wife had to call in a police report. Now, trying to move out, setarah has made it impossible for us to do so, giving every landlord we fill out with a bad recommendation, leaving us homeless, all because of a loud radio. My wife has spent $500 in applications now, and mind you, she has a 750 credit score. This is only one of the many incidents that has happened. The list gets much bigger, so I cannot stress it enough. After speaking with the regional manager kelse ball, about this, setarah is still able to work here as well. The worst, most unprofessional business.
