Fast forward 3 years and we have successfully bought our first home. Brandi has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate market in Spokane and surrounding area. She can tell you all about the home buying process, common hurdles to watch out for, and what qualities to look for in a home that you may not think of yourself. I learned a great deal from her about the market and knew exactly what to expect because she walked me through every step as they came. Brandi knows the neighborhoods of Spokane and can help you select the area that best fits your needs and price range. She has a helpful feature that notifies you of listings on homes as soon as they hit the market, and fit your preferences. She also has great availability, and is quick to respond anytime you have a question, or if something comes up. You won't regret working with Brandi. She will go to bat for you and make sure you are getting the home you want!

My husband and I were first time home buyers house shopping in Spokane from far out of town. After…read morea less than stellar experience with a different agent that had been recommended to us, we decided to work with Brandi based solely on her reviews. We're so glad we did! Brandi listened to our unique preferences and responded to us very quickly throughout the entire process. Despite our low end budget, I feel like we got VIP treatment. Brandi made the home buying experience as painless as possible by scheduling inspections and quotes for us, making helpful recommendations, and walking us through the process without ever making us feel inferior for our inexperience. She has a super approachable demeaner, friendly, positive, and acts like nothing is ever a big deal, which can be reassuring through the nerve wracking process of the largest purchase of your life! When it came down to a bidding war Brandi really came through for us. She negotiated skillfully, advised us on our options, and always left it totally up to us, with genuinely zero pressure to increase our budget or close the sale. In fact, when I called her up with doubts at one point during the inspection period she literally said "If you move forward I want it to be because you feel 1000% certain that you want this house." I'd trust Brandi with any home purchase or sale in the future. She knows how to advocate for her clients even better than I know to do for myself at times. And that is what makes her an excellent agent.

My husband and I bought a house sold by the owner of Choice, Ron McIntyre. In the home was a poster…read moresaying "buy this house and receive a FREE 5 day 4 night vacation!" The purported vacation was to your choice of either Cancun or Puerto Vallarta and excluded airfare and tax. We loved the house and after we closed, I allowed approx 3 weeks to pass to give Ron time to get us information on how to redeem this vacation. During this time I was also waiting for him to come retrieve his "for sale" sign (he'd also never put a "sold" sign on it). After this time had gone by and I still hadn't heard from him, and with a "for sale" sign still in the yard of our new home, I sent an email to Ron McIntyre requesting information on the trip and asking him to come get his sign. I never heard back. That was 3 months ago. The sign was finally removed when I got in touch with our agent. It doesn't strike me as very professional to advertise something and then not only fail to deliver, but to never even have the courtesy of replying to an email.

Chelsea just helped us buy our first home…read more I am very impressed with her market savvy and ability to write amazing offers. The current housing market is insane, the majority of houses in my price point are staying on the market for less than a week, a lot of them for only one or two days. The house we bought went on the market the same day we won the bid and I believe it is Chelsea's amazing ability to write bids that secured us the house over all the other offers. She is very accessible, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor. She gave me a stack of her business cards when the papers were finally signed and I've already given most of them out to friends and family. When I begin looking for another house several years down the road, Chelsea will definitely be representing me again.
