She really took care of my teeth and gums! You can tell she loves what she does and she made me feel comfortable and assured me she would not cause me any pain. After she was finished, i met with Dr. Soliman and he went over thing and gave his recommendations, you can tell he is very thorough as well and he does want you to be very well informed. I truly recommend this place, they give you a referral credit, so if you're looking for a new dentist, stop in and let them know "G" sent you and you will get a $50 credit off your bill. Great way to earn credits for who you refer and on your account for sending the referral. Due to my insurance change, I had to go with a new Dentist and so here I am at Great Expressions Dental in Wayne, from choosing them because they were in my Network and close to home, which is even a better reason to go there. I like the fact that they have early appointments starting at 7:00 AM on Fridays. That works great for me because I can go in before I go to work. From the time I made the online appointment, I received a follow-up call from Kyle, who by the way is the sweetest and most kind person you can talk to on the phone and even once you meet him in person. He did my follow up call and informed me about the quick and easy access portal online so I could have all my paperwork in order before I even arrive at my appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Kyle and you can hear his smile through the mask. The whole staff receives an A+ for A1 Excellent service. Everyone had an upbeat attitude and so ready to help and assist. You can tell they like what they do. They treated me just as if I have been going there for years. Doctor Fady Shounia is really sweet and kind and you can tell he cares and really seem concerned about your teeth. My Hygienist, Myra was just as sweet and kept me entertained while she was doing my cleaning, she explained the whole process before she started and then went to cleaning. I like it when people treat you with the utmost respect and treat you as a family member. I felt very welcomed and even when it came time to check out to make my next appointment, the lady at the desk, which I forgot to get her name, she was just as sweet and kind and explained all my paperwork to me. I even liked the fact that once I checked in I only had to wait no more than three to five minutes. Get in and get out, that's the best part. My appointment was at 7:20 and I was leaving the office at 8:25. So, if you're looking for a new dentist, they're accepting new patients. Check their website to see if they're in your network or if not, they will work with you on a plan especially for those who do not have any insurance. Great place with great people.
