Well, I was hoping to prevent having to leave a review. The staffers are nice.. but coming here for my denture needs was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. I went in for a simple repair for my upper denture and to get impressions for a lower partial. They fixed the crack, but added a tooth!! The tooth added didn't line up with my bottom teeth.. so I bit a hole straight through it and damaged my denture further. Oh, I forgot to mention the multiple adjustments I had to go back for ( never got that right either). I honestly don't think they have a full time dentist there during the week as many times as I went there I only saw the dentist twice, both times on a Saturday. The dental assistants seem to run the office. After about 5-6 visits and with them being unable to correct the errors they made, I ended up going to a different dentist. When the new dentist saw my denture she was shocked and thought I maybe did it myself. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a new denture and my lower partial was also done by the new dentist. The procedure was night and day. They measured my mouth, and did a bite test before even finishing them to cut down on having to come back for adjustments. I wouldn't recommend going here. Ever. Even if this was my last option on the planet. I would go toothless. read more

I accompanied my mom here twice. I had a bad feeling the first time when Dr. DeFazio looked at her teeth. The second time I told my mom to get out of the dentist chair and that we would be leaving before Dr. Qiming Jin looked at her because I was appalled by his rudeness and bad attitude. He looked like someone owed him something the moment I saw him and walked into the examination room. The conversation I had with him was very unpleasant. The way he addressed me, my mom and even the dental technician was totally unacceptable. Please do not come here if you have the option of other dentists in the area. read more

My tooth issue started back in 2012 when I went to this establishment to get a root canal done. I had no insurance at the time and they were willing to do it for $380. I was scheduled in for the work, the old white guy with glasses worked on me, there was this black lady there who seemed to be the owner, they did the root canal but filed my tooth down so low that a crown wouldnt stay on. I went back to them 3 times and they kept gluing it on and it would fall off in a week. So I finally gave up. Now I wander around town missing a front tooth cause crowns cant hook to a tiny original tooth protuding out of the gum. Thanks Accurate Dental for being the least Accurate of them all. read more

Taken care of quickly.. Dr.Defazzio is great.. careful and kind.... staff is like a well oiled machine.

Very happy with Accurate Dental. They have taken great care of my family over the past couple years. This includes a couple of emergencies that I have had. The office is very clean and they practice all of the proper sanitary procedures. Besides all of this, the staff are wonderful, caring people. I highly recommend. read more

My first day coming to this place was a bad experience to the last day of time I went here, it's because of how I was treated by the people who work here. They appear to be nice and the place looks nice but there attitudes towards people were unacceptable, aggressive,pretending, wrongful acted, lying behavior and just not caring like their description of the place. I wanted to like this place but due to their unpleasant looks of actions they caused me to give them a one star bad review. This IS THE BEST OFFICE YOU WILL EVER VISIT!!!! AFTER FIVE quotes all over Michigan and let down after let down I finally stopped at this dentist because they happen to have Saturday hours. They not only gave me three different quotes for good better and best and four different options but they also worked with me and were more than half the price of anywhere else. The amazing part is the workmanship and professionalism was Head and Shoulders above each and every other one that I got a quote from. You are wasting your time, good looks, and your money if you're going anywhere else. I'm 37 years old and this is the very first time I have ever gotten dental work done without being drugged up or gassed up. The staff put you at ease every step of the way and make sure that you are confident and everything that they are doing. I used to go to u of m dental school they were horrible the scheduling was horrible it took two hours to pull one tooth! Then I found accurate dental dentures the staff is amazing they are so friendly especially the woman who makes the dentures I wish I could add a star just for her and her lovely attitude thank you accurate dental dentures u truly made me smile read more

03/24/2016 Horrible , Unprofessional , The Worst Dentist ! Do not trust Dr. DeLuca, I went to his clinic Accurate Dental because I had a problem with a tooth that was causing pain. He told me I needed four teeth pulled so I made an appointment thinking that I could trust him he pulled the teeth but he didn't correctly he basically pulled the teeth and left my roots in my gums. I asked him why he left my roots in he said he is suppose too, they will work their way out! Any dentist who knows how to do his job does not leave the roots in your mouth! I literally almost died , I went into septic shock twice because of him I have abcess periodontal disease and decay and now I have to get all my teeth pulled out I have been in the hospital over a dozen of times since he has pulled my teeth out, the abscess got into my blood stream and started to shut my system down. My first experience here was going alright but then ended on a bad note. The next day I called to follow up and was met with apologies and the nicest conversation I have ever had. Sue is an angel and undeniably the reason I chose to return to Accurate Dental. BEST DECISION EVER. The care for patients as well as dedication to reputation is something to be praised and admired. I am usually one to dread the dentist and leave in pain and regret. The experience after having my procedures done here couldn't be farther away from that. As I told the staff, this is the first dentist office I have ever used the word 'Amazing' in. I am so happy I decided to return to this establishment and do not plan on leaving. EVER. I don't know why my other review shows that I live in CA. Live in Mi. and went to this liars haven. These dentists must have got their license while on their needs. We have voted and the votes are all in. Worst dentist ever. Please STOP !!! Don't even waste your time or money. There are a lot of good dentist out there. Just not at this dentist office.
