I went in for a simple repair for my upper denture and to get impressions for a lower partial. They fixed the crack, but added a tooth!! The tooth added didn't line up with my bottom teeth.. so I bit a hole straight through it and damaged my denture further. Oh, I forgot to mention the multiple adjustments I had to go back for ( never got that right either). I honestly don't think they have a full time dentist there during the week as many times as I went there I only saw the dentist twice, both times on a Saturday. The dental assistants seem to run the office. After about 5-6 visits and with them being unable to correct the errors they made, I ended up going to a different dentist. When the new dentist saw my denture she was shocked and thought I maybe did it myself. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a new denture and my lower partial was also done by the new dentist. The procedure was night and day. They measured my mouth, and did a bite test before even finishing them to cut down on having to come back for adjustments. I wouldn't recommend going here. Ever. Even if this was my last option on the planet. I would go toothless.

They are very straightforward with what you need and do not need. They don't try to do anything more than they need to. Once she knew I didn't have dental insurance she repeatedly stated that they would ONLY accept cash. Which I found very weird, I asked if they would except visa debit card and she said NO. At this point I was so upset that I was being treated like a bum I decided that if they were the last dentist office in the whole state I wouldn't go there. I ended up getting my tooth fixed later that day. By Comprehensive Dentistry on Whittaker rd in Ypsilanti. They were the best and guess what I paid in full with my visa debit card.
