Very disappointed in their service department. Took my bike in for service before a planned 2000…read moremile trip. They suggested the 10K service since I already had 8600 and previous service was more than a year before. I was told brake fluid should be changed every 2K miles which seems excessive but OK yes do it. I told them about the trip and not wanting to break down. The bike is a 2018 so not much concern. After 400 miles I found myself stranded in Virginia with no clutch. After 4 hours of getting help and flushing the clutch fluid I was back on the road. After research the clutch and brake fluid are the same so why didn't they recommend changing it. I was told by 2 different service people at EC it's not in the service schedule. Completely WRONG. The Harley dealership who rescued me showed me in my own manual where it's the same. Every 2 years. They even looked up my records and saw it wasn't done since 2019 by Allentown. I lost total faith in EC Service. I called the manager upon my return and he never returned my call.

Destroyed my bikes wheel mounting tires then told me they would replace it which take a guess…read more... Never happened lol. Now I'm at my friends house who bought a Ducati from them and has to take it therefor service. I'm there when the bike is loaded and this bike is mint since he has another the bike that he rides most of the time. This is a showroom new looking bike! It magically get to there and he gets a call telling him the turn signal was off the bike hanging when it arrives there..... what? They then tell him it was loaded that way and they didn't do it! Well then if that was the case myself and my buddy are completely blind according to them and the driver for them NEVER MENTIONED IT OR WROTE UP ANY PAPER WORK STATING SUCH A THING, so they have obviously did it and wanted to not take responsibility for it. As someone who worked in the motorcycle industry for half my life this is super shady! For Christ sakes it's only a turn signal and your guy did this unloading it. Tell the bike owner and say you'll fix it for free instead of making it out like it came that way and you did him a favor fixing it which you were going to try and charge for!!!!!!!! Unbelievably shady move.

Absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Total lack of communication between people who work…read morethere. Called to make an appointment for an inspection, when I brought my bike in they told me they don't do inspections on that day. When I mentioned that I called ahead of time no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Eventually I got the inspection and got new tires put on. After I got the bike back, they told me I might notice a "slight wobble" in my front tire. However, I was informed that I could bring it back and they would fix it if the wobble if it did not go away. Well, it did not and I called them back and they told me to bring it in. Only once I did, they then decided to inform me that because I bought the tire it was my problem and I would need to pay them for a new tire, tube, and installation. Basically implying that the tire I bought was defective and this wouldn't have happened if I bought it through them. It turns out that what actually happened is that they did a horrible job balancing my tire and thought it would be "good enough". Luckily I have a friend that actually knows how work on bikes, unlike these guys, and he was able to fix it for me. Shown below is the tire after I had it fixed. Pros: Competitive quality of workmanship…read more Cons: No customer service, unorganized processing/workflow, late shipment/delivery, (much) longer than promised turn-around time. I'm hoping to be as constructive with my criticism here as possible. I'm a huge supporter of small business however I was caught off guard during this process and missed out on a lot of riding hours this summer as a result. I'm very happy with the quality of work, but their lack of customer support, professionalism and past due shipment dates will encourage me to take future business elsewhere if gone unchanged.
