We had another great experience with Edwards & Edwards Heating and Air!…read more I called about a week ago right at closing time. When he started saying, "I can't get to you until..." I was preparing myself to hear "next week," but instead he said, "in the morning!" Considering I was calling at closing time, I was more than happy with that. The tech came out the next morning and was honest about our 17-year-old unit. The repair just wasn't cost-effective, and he explained everything without any pressure. The owner called us back that afternoon with a quote, and we decided to move forward with replacing the system. The installation crew was fantastic. They were polite, efficient, personable, and took the time to explain everything before they left. They were also great with our dogs, even though I tried my best to keep our "helpers" from supervising the job. Their pricing was more than reasonable and I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or take advantage of the situation. It's refreshing to find an honest, knowledgeable company that truly puts their customers first. I highly recommend them!
