My husband and I called three separate plumbing places in New bern that were recommended, none of which returned our calls. I went to the next-door app and had many recommendations, but most were recommending river dog. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house promptly at 8 AM on Saturday morning. The technician was extremely professional, respectful, and honest. Turned out we did not need a plumber, but he was able to help us with another issue that we were having. I was preparing myself to hear "next week," but instead he said, "in the morning!" Considering I was calling at closing time, I was more than happy with that. The tech came out the next morning and was honest about our 17-year-old unit. The repair just wasn't cost-effective, and he explained everything without any pressure. The owner called us back that afternoon with a quote, and we decided to move forward with replacing the system. The installation crew was fantastic. They were polite, efficient, personable, and took the time to explain everything before they left. They were also great with our dogs, even though I tried my best to keep our "helpers" from supervising the job. Their pricing was more than reasonable and I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or take advantage of the situation. It's refreshing to find an honest, knowledgeable company that truly puts their customers first. I highly recommend them!
