The team at 610 Wheels and Tires are top tier! I can't say enough amazing things. Recently, we got…read more4 new truck tires. They did a great job, and provided quality tires and professional service. At the time of the tire install, they informed me about needing new a lower control arm ball joint. I was already scheduled to take the truck to the dealership on Monday for an oil change, but instead of adding it to the list for the dealership, I entrusted the 610 team to do the job! Fast forward to Monday, oil change went well but the dealership informed me I needed a new ball joint?!?! You can imagine my surprise. I reached out to 610 but initially I told the dealership to proceed. Thankfully, they needed a specific wheel lock in order to remove the tires. That delay allowed me more time for processing all the details. I took an uber to 610 to retrieve the specific wheel lock. They gladly gave me several locks (they weren't quite sure which one was needed). That, to me, is another example of how they're willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. They even gifted me with a wheel lock once the correct lock was identified. The more I examined the imagines sent by the dealership, the more I noticed the pics only showed excessive lube around the joints. Thankfully, bringing the key to them, delayed the process of them conducting the work and allowed me the opportunity to witness for myself the tires being secure and having NO play/free movement. Needless to say, the dealerships assessment was incorrect. The mechanic was very apologetic in his error. New ball joint replacement was NOT needed. All an all, Im extremely pleased with 610's professionalism and attention to details. 610 will forever be my first stop for any of my tire needs. Support local businesses!

I went there couple weeks ago and asked him if I can get wider tires for my car and he told me yes definitely. I also asked him if I the tires would cause any issues. He told me no they wouldn't. He sounded very sure. So I went ahead and got the tires put on. Now as soon as I drove home I hear a rubbing and clicking noise coming from the rear while driving. I took my car back and explained to him what it was doing. He told me that my car needed wheel spacers in the rear. Because the tires are too big. Lol. Now remember he told me these tires would fit and have no problems. So again I trusted him and he told me what size spacers I needed to order myself. He did not even offer to order them. So he wrote down the spacers size and told me to find them online to order but don't leave the shop yet until he checks to see if I'm ordering the correct ones. So I showed him on my phone the spacers from Amazon and he said yes those are the right ones. I asked him if he was sure and he told me yes and he would put them on for me when I receive them in the mail. So the spacers came in 3 days and turns out the spacers did not fit. So now I have to send them.back. Just a waist of my damn time. I went to Luckys Tires off of hwy 6 and those guys were amazing. They told me exactly what I needed and they even put them on for only $30.00. Install was free. They fit and my tires aren't rubbing anymore. That's really business folks. I'm going to post this on as many platforms as I can warning people of this company. Yea they get good reviews but their are ways any company can post the good ones and get rid of the bad ones.
