The restaurant is not staffed to run an operation like this when it is busy. It seems like the wait staff just brings food to you that you haven't ordered and they seem confused at times. Some of the food was salty, dry, or no flavor. I suggest to order from the regular menu and not the IPAD buffet. The food from the regular menu is worth it while the buffet meals seem to be just thrown together. I must say, if you order from the IPAD menu, just order the lamb chops and Tom Yum Soup all day and you will be OK.

The all you can eat menu was quite extensive to include sushi, soups, Chinese food and deserts. The staff was extremely courteous and as a bonus spoke English well. The establishment was clean and Modern. Oh and of course the food was the great. The one negative is the lack of AC... it was in the 90's today.

Over 200 gins, and nearly 30 tonics, an incredible food menu and dry aged steaks. Also possibly the best ceaser salad I have ever had... The incredible food and drink are complimented by an absolutely wonderful staff to serve you and make for an enjoyable experience. The staff, Dennis, Marius, Marcel, Mahte, Alina, Chiara, all make coming to Ampulle not only a special event, but make it feel like home. If you love Gin then there is NO other place in Stuttgart with the selection of gins this place has to offer.
