Not a one-time sighting -- an ongoing, inside-your-unit, crawling-on-the-walls infestation that management has failed to resolve. The conditions are unsanitary and unacceptable. The sauna has visible mold and mildew, which is a serious health hazard. The pool is poorly maintained with hair and debris in it, yet residents are still charged an amenity fee for facilities that are clearly not being properly cleaned or maintained. Safety is also a major concern. This community is not gated, and there is no real control over who comes in and out. I personally witnessed a violent dog attack, as well as an assault and an attempted robbery on the property. This is not a safe place to live. Between the pest infestation, health hazards, lack of cleanliness, and serious safety issues, this property is being mismanaged at every level. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the risk -- do NOT move here.

Positives: great venue, location, amenities (hot tub and grill on the balcony) etc. The cleaning crew is constantly working in the elevators, hallways, and in public spaces which often goes overlooked but we really appreciate it. Areas for improvement: The front desk folks need training. Every time we stopped by it was a new face...some friendly, some not. Mostly they just struggled with answering basic resort questions from us and others inquired. "How do we rent chairs at the beach?" The young lady said, "sorry i don't know." I called to check on how to use the putt putt activity. Another young voice said "you just putt the ball on the grass and hit it." I laughed, "no sorry i need to check out equipment for it right?" She said, "you can look at it first if you want." So I responded, "do you have putters and balls that i can use?" She said, "yes". I responded "how do i do that?" She said "its free to use." I asked "where do i get the equipment?" She said "at the desk". I get to the desk and they tell me "i must leave my driver license to check out equipment." The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs. Next door is a fabulous restaurant called Shipp's Harbour Grill and a Tiki Hut to enjoy a cocktail. You can't even enter the pool area Before 10am without someone rudely reminding you of the rules ( I would like to call out Jarvis the property manager). The pool is also locked from every entrance and exit and 1 key is given to a condo. The loss fee is $100. You can imagine how difficult it is traveling with multiple people who want to come to the pool later and meet you. They can't get in and end up screaming your name at the gate for 10 minutes as you don't have your phone with you at the pool. The pool is okay at best. Much better places to stay. We had a boat so the proximity to the marina was great but the hostility to families makes this place a terrible pick for anyone under 60. Pick another place to stay! Dont let the rental company tell you any different.

Kids loved the pool - both indoor and out. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed the large balcony. We had a corner unit and a middle floor unit. The corner provides huge balconies so that helped with the experience. It is over-priced. For the money there could be more amenities and a nicer building.

We had Nick Hadley from Liquid Life come up each time and he's a great guy with knowledge to fix everything. Super clean and don't be afraid to stay on the higher floors because they carts to haul groceries and fast elevators. We were on the beach in less than 3 minutes

We arrived to find: * Leaking ceiling * Non-functioning toilet * Broken furniture, including recliners that collapsed when used * Rusted patio furniture * Mold in the freezer (replaced with a tiny countertop freezer that could hold barely a cup) * Stove with no knob markings, making it unsafe * Extremely limited hot water -- not enough for more than one short shower * Windows so weathered you couldn't even see through them Aronov also violated ADA law by questioning my disability when I brought my service dog. Even worse, they entered the unit without my consent. When I reported these issues to Vrbo, Aronov lied about the condition of the condo, made false accusations about my stay, and Vrbo altered my review to hide the truth. This company clearly values protecting itself over guest safety, comfort, and legal compliance. If you value honesty, cleanliness, and your rights, do not book Unit 103W or any property managed by Aronov Condo Management.

There are several areas that fall short of expectations. With that being said, since the new property manager took over last summer, I've seen a dramatic change. She's always been friendly, and anytime I have put in a request, it's been completed. The maintenance supervisor currently on property works all hours of the day. He's not had decent help, but he continues to push through. I asked for lamps to be replaced in my kitchen, and instead got a brand new light. I've lived in apartments long enough and dealt with enough residents to know the extensive 1 star reviews are by individuals who will never be pleased. They want instant gratification, and something for nothing. They call their friends and have them leave negative posts. They house multiple people who aren't on the lease, and pitch a fit when their lease isn't renewed. I see the good and the bad, but the direction the property is now moving is the right direction.
