The PS2 wouldn't play about half the games (which I did test on a second PS2 & they worked). The battery was dead for the clock, which was the first thing I noticed anyway. I took it to a repair shop & wow, discovered half the components were not even the original parts, but they were not new parts either. Looks like someone refurbished it multiple times & it was so dirty, so clearly Rock 30 didn't do it before sending it to me. Messaged them about it & nothing. Basically, half of the components with the interior have to be replaced. Pay $200 for a more than 20-year-old console that doesn't even work. Highly recommend avoiding them!

When the time came to apply, LM HOLTER In Fargo stated that she did not want to ADMIT persons with disabilities into their programs as she did not want disabled people in their program NOR did she want them to work in the ND School System. I WAS DENIED BASED ON MY DISABILITY, VS BEING ADMITTED BASED ON ACADEMIC MERIT AND STANDARDIZED TEST SCORES AS IS ETHICAL AND LEGAL. LM HOLTER Criticized my "articulation" and personally stated that NO, she did NOT WANT A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY IN HER PROGAM; she also stated that she disagreed with the school having a Disability Student Access Center. I filed a complaint with the EEO at the DEPT of ED, when the report came back, it was even worse; she stated that she, despite all of the very invasive questions that she asked, thought that I over shared. This woman and her department broke Federal Law and they take FAFSA. I called Betsy, the Director of the DSAC (at the time) who later called me back and said the LM HOLTER ADMITTED to her transgression against me and against federal law. I have posted this same review, once with a bit more anger, and YELP is reporting to me that UMARY is complaining to them about the review and that I could face legal action. TO YOU LM HOLTER I SAY COME FOR ME BITCH! I would love for you to say none of this happened in a court of LAW, I would love for you and your director in BISMARCK to say NONE OF THIS EVER HAPPENED. I rolled with numerous students and none of them was anything other than respectful and courteous. They have nothing to prove here, and their confidence shows. George and Sarah emphasize drilling with a couple of days per week devoted to rolling. The classes include both women and men, but Sarah seemed to spend more time rolling with the women. This seems to me to work well if you are a woman who will roll with anyone or someone who wants to roll with women only. There is also Thai boxing taught here as a curriculum which looks very good also, but I didn't take any of those classes. If you are looking to roll BJJ in Fargo, look no further than Fargo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

I experienced racial discrimination today at Happy Harry's on 45th in Fargo ND, while trying to buy…read morewine for Thanksgiving Dinner. When asked for ID, I presented my Federal Tribal ID card, which I have always been proud to offer. The clerk said he can only accept it if I produced a birth certificate to go along with it. While explaining that our Tribal Id's come with holographic imprint, our social security number, birth date, full name, address, and tribal affiliation, the clerk raised his voice at me and barked "We are trained not to accept federal tribal id's!" Several nearby cashiers heard the commotion and chimed in agreement, loudly telling me and my girlfriend to leave. The manager, Sam, rushed toward me with unnecessary force and yelled, "You need to leave!" As a fellow local business owner I was surprised at the hostility Happy Harry's employees are allowed to display towards customers. I left humiliated, without the wine, that ironically, was for the holiday that celebrates Native Americans accepting the White Man, by offering dinner...probably with wine.
