This is the best place ever!! The staff is so friendly and helpful they recently changed owners and the new owner Abby is the sweetest. Great place to bring the kids or plan a team building event for work. They've got a great selection of things to pick from and I was surprised of the price too. Very affordable craft! First time here, we were preparing for the worst due to the other bad reviews but we really wanted to paint some pottery and it's really the only walk-in place in town. We were happily surprised. The owner was polite and helpful. While we were there a large group of people with disabilities came in to do pottery. She was very accommodating in patient with them as well which was a nice thing to see. Not sure why all the reviews are so bad. The place is very clean and well organized. It's a little pricey but I've never been to a place that's not. We had a good time. read more

I have been going here for years! Every time it's been great and the staff is helpful and nice. It's something fun and different to do!

I have taken my daughter here twice over five years and this place is terrible. It has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. That is saying something since I live in LA. The prices are twice what they are out here, again...what??? We have painted pottery, made mosaics twice, and did some glass jewelry making. So I would say I have them a chance. Please take your dates, children and loved ones somewhere else. read more

I went there with my family on Saturday, December 8th around noon to make a Christmas present for another family member. I had been there before, and had a good experience, but this time was totally different. I don't know if the middle-age woman that was working was having a bad day, or what but she was very rude. I understand everyone has off days, but your customers should not be able to tell you're having a bad day... Especially when you're working with children. My family and I could just not believe how rude and snappy she was. Honestly, probably won't be back after that experience. read more

We decided to head over on a Saturday with our 3 year old son for a quick painting session in the afternoon knowing they close at 6. When we showed up the employee turned us away saying they're only open for a half an hour. Yeah, we knew that and we have a 3 year old, he likely would have been painting for 10 minutes and would have been satisfied. I'm not aware of any other company that would turn away customers 1/2 an hour away from closing time. It was a real let down for our son who was pretty amped up to do some painting. read more

The owner there is Very Rude and condescending. People are there to spend their hard earned money not get looked down at because they need a little help with what to do there. I have been there twice also I gave it a second chance thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, well everyday must be a bad day. I will not be back. read more
