I have been waiting 5 months for my chair and it is not fixed and all you can say is we usually don't accept the chair back after it is delivered?? What kind of service is this? The mattress is not only defunct but they are charging twice the cost as another retailer. Feels highly unethical and that they took advantage of the elderly.

Both times we picked the fabric we wanted and the reps were patient in allowing us to take our time. We are in the market for another new recliner and called to store to ask about sale prices on their stock. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about when the sale is scheduled and told us how to take advantage of the discounted prices and exactly when the sale ends. This is how we like to be treated.
