So I brought my wife to this location, there was four items that was needed, she had gone on the website and had determined what she wanted, she even had the pics of what she wanted and yet she couldn't get any help, the lady helping supposedly was name Jen, she is pure evil. Due to the fact that we cancelled due to her inadequacy she felt the need to call the police and send them to our hotel room. Claiming that we had done something at the store which was completely, She had no reason to do it other than the fact she was mad. Please let's all help Jen loose her job. When we called back to make a complaint she acted like she was a different persons using a different voice tone. We managed to call back and she admitted that she was in fact that person, she also gave her the wrong number cooperate and when she tried calling back to correct she kept forwarding her to voice message. And then she completely blocked her and she can't get the right corporate number, she should not be working, she is incapable of sympathy, she is demeaning and vulgar, she is also very deceptive. I was trying to get some pornos and I wanted to review them to see if they were what I wanted, so the lady with black hair that said she was the owner of the place took my money so I could review them (6 bucks each), I asked her if she would put the review money to towards purchase of the of the DVDs and we agreed on a price. She had my forty dollars. The DVD players she put them in did not work, nothing was reviewed. Then she tried to charge me full price for the DVDs. So I said, just give my money back. She told me to leave, and I protested that she did not give my any service or goods for my money, at this point a crusty mean looking old dude that I thought had a gun told me to leave in a threatening way. Best selection of merchandise I have yet to see. I have yet, tried the arcade, however I have been told that there is a few Glory hole booths where one can either please or be pleased.
