    Excellent selection of toys and accessories. I purchased several pairs of men's underwear and was very happy with the quality.

    Something for everyone! Wall to wall items. Nicer inside than out but really worth going in. LOVE THIS STORE.

    Many people, including my sweet wife, get embarrassed or shy going in to stores like this. However,…read morethe staff are so incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and never make anything weird. They are always happy to help, answer questions or give suggestions based on what you are looking for (whether you know what you're looking for or not.) The store has a variety of lingerie, of course, along with costumes and cosplay outfits. There are even a few pieces of mainstream clothing that you could wear to your mother in law's house. My only real complaint is the price. Everything seems to be marked up about 30% more than I think would be a fair price. If you are unsure of your true bra size, the staff here can help with fittings to make sure that you get something that fits you perfectly. And they do it in such a way that rally puts you at ease, making you comfortable and happy to be there. If you are in the market for something sexy, edgy or unusual, you'll likely find it here. There's an adult room in the back that has toys and novelty items that would be fun for bachelor parties, etc. I'd imagine that if you wanted something very specific, they would be able to order it or point you to something that meets your needs.

Their prices can be intimidating to say the least, but anything I've purchased from here is built to last and gets tons of attention when I wear it out. I also love their huge shoe room, with unique heels and boots that are hard to find in Utah due to our more conservative nature. When I visited today, they were doing a cute Easter egg hunt, but I was in a rush so didn't score any prizes. The store is always neatly organized and clean, and staff is readily available to assist with their knowledge!

    I worked at this location for just under a year, and unfortunately, my experience was far from…read morepositive. When I was first hired on, I was told the company's main focus was educating customers about sexual health and wellness. However, it quickly became clear that the franchise owners in Idaho were more interested in profit and expanding the business, all while pretending education was the priority. It was very disappointing. At first, my coworkers were friendly, then things took a turn. The work environment became toxic with a lot of bullying and gossip. It became so unbearable that I ended up quitting before I was ready. If you hope to advance within the company, be prepared to fight your way into the management clique, as that seems to be the only way to get ahead. The atmosphere felt more like high school drama than a professional environment, with managers failing to address these issues and, in some cases, contributing to the negativity. I personally witnessed several instances where managers spoke poorly of employees behind their backs, creating an environment of mistrust. Additionally, I observed that the company actively tried to suppress negative online reviews, which I think is unethical and a disservice to customers who deserve transparency about where their money goes. Another concern was the launch of their own product line, the "Infinite" lubes. The products were subpar, with some ingredients in the hybrid lube separating, which is not normal for these types of products. The other lubes were simple knock-offs of popular brands, which felt like a cheap cash grab rather than an effort to provide quality products for customers. They may have changed the ingredients since then, I am unsure. The company also had a very frustrating approach to employee benefits. Associates were considered part-time, but they expected full-time commitment without offering the benefits that come with full-time work. On top of that, we were typically understaffed, and expected to work as many hours as possible -- but capped at 39 per week. It was a lot to handle for a part-time job. If the company focused on paying employees fairly and fostering a more respectful and supportive work environment, I truly believe employees would feel more motivated and loyal. Unfortunately, management's favoritism and failure to manage their team effectively led to a toxic environment. One instance of this was the harassment I faced after my decision to quit, which included insulting private messages from a coworker. This individual, along with the assistant manager, frequently broke company policies and was protected from consequences due to their relationships with management. There were instances of this that I both personally observed and was explicitly told. Ultimately, I left feeling that the company did not genuinely care about its employees or its customers, but rather was focused on profit and maintaining a positive public image. If management had been more proactive in addressing employee concerns and fostering a more inclusive culture, my experience may have been very different. For anyone considering working here, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The company's true priorities do not align with what they claim to represent. Your time and money are better spent with organizations that genuinely care about their employees, customers, and the integrity of their products.
