My sister and I stopped by looking to get fitted for bras. We're both on the busty side but have tiny waste bands so it's hard to find decent bras that fit our cup size and are supportive. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Nicole who assisted us throughout the fitting processes. Nicole was incredible!! She was so nice, friendly, and super knowledgeable on bra styles/fits. She made the process so fun, it was like shopping with your best friend or sister! This store has so many styles and colors to choose from. My sister and I both walked away with a couple new bras! This is truly the only place you should be getting fitted and buying your bras! I tell all of my friends about this place. These ladies are SO knowledgeable. I just bought a new bra here for everyday wear and they were able to find the exact bra and needed - and ended up buying with all of my particulars - in less than 3 minutes. I walked into the store when they were going to close in less than 15 minutes - which I don't recammend but it happened that way - and the more mature lady was able to find all of the most perfect bras I needed in record time. I put the rest on my wish list, and starred the others I want to buy in the future. I was able to walk out of the store feeling brand new. Rachel helped me in June and it was the best bra shopping experience I have had since I moved to Utah from NYC over 8 years ago. The staff is very knowledgeable and the selection is awesome! Staff is great and helpful; however, that's about it. I had to pay to order and decided between the purchase and the pick up I didn't want the bra. Too bad, only exchange or voucher. I didn't even have the bra yet and I couldn't get a refund. Apparently there is a sign but it's not where you can see it. Regardless, no refunds. It's not 1990, it's 2024. That is really poor customer service. Definitely not worth it to shop there. read more

The will order the color and styles you want which will fit exactly as you expected the day you have been fitted at their store. I was not told that bras were non refundable if they have been worn!My daughter bought an $80 bra that she picked up a couple of weeks ago. They didn't carry the color that she wanted in her size so it was special ordered. The bra straps were defective and we went into the store today and were told to sew it ourselves! I was in the Riverton store, I am a larger women and I wanted help finding a. bra without underwires. Well there two very young girls there that knew just how to measure for a bra, THAT'S all. Remember you get charged 10.00 for this service unless you buy a bra. Well she brought me a wide bra first!! Wrong size, I could not even get it to buckle. Then she brought me a couple more, we did fine one that fit, finally ( with wires) then I reminded her I really wanted one wireless. She brought me bras in a XL really! I am a larger person! I ended up buying a bra 42ddd I like it but it has wires. Then I got to the register and a 72.00 bra some how ended up costing me 77.00. I don't think there is that much tax on 72.00. It had been a long time since I purchased a nice bra because I have been trumatized by not finding the right size. I have paid $$ to get fitted by "well-known" people on social media, but was NEVER satisifed with the bras that they fitted me with ( I went 3 times). I went to Lace by Louise, and got fitted by Louise herself and I could not help but cry, because I was so happy that she found me mutiple different brands that fit me perfectly. I purchased 3 bras. Now I am confident in my clothes again! It's amazing that wearing the right size and a well-fitted bra transforms the way one looks in their clothes. Absolutely horrible business. I am only 17 but I have spent the past couple of years struggling to find a bra that fits me. I am a 30H for reference. It has been one of my biggest insecurities because I have never found a bra that looks good or is comfortable. I went in here late April so a couple weeks ago and got sized and finally felt hopeful. I found a bra I really liked. They showed me a couple of different colors and i chose one that needed to be ordered. I went to go pick it up around early May and was very excited. Then I looked and they started giving me someone else's bra? I quickly told them it wasn't mine but whatever it was a mistake. Got home put it on and it didn't fit very well. The cup size was too big and the straps were very long. I was going out of town so i couldn't exactly return it right then. Fast forward to today, maybe 3 weeks at most since then. I went in the store and they were all very nice about it and seemed like they were going to take care of it. Then the owner I believe came in and looked at it on me, I explained the issue and also mentioned that whenever I did put the straps on the tightest they would side down. She then told me that it could just be sewed so it wouldn't slip down (even though it would still be too long) I asked how long that would take and she looks at me like I'm crazy and told me that I need to do it myself. She implied heavily that "they" could do it. I went home and started thinking about this $80 bra I bought and now I have to sew it myself? Just for it to still not fit. I got my receipt headed over hoping for either a return or maybe even an exchange/chance for them to get it right, just to be met with the most disgusting attitude. "Because it's a custom bra we can't let you return it" um first off it's not custom, you clicked a few buttons on your computer and ordered it from the company's website and then sold it to me (for a ton more then the company) I told them that the bra they had me try on beforehand was a perfect fit and this was not the same it was defective. All they could do was say they were a small business and couldn't do anything about it. Like I mentioned before this is a huge insecurity of mine and I have had a lot of experiences with places like Victoria secret (which at least gives you your money back) that have left me almost crying from feeling like there was something wrong with me. Then comes along this place that seems like they were going to fix everything just for them to be just like all the other places that left me feeling like that. If not worse because they pretend to care. Never ever shop here. I will be reaching out to the company of the bra and hopefully they will be more professional. read more

I had the best experience shopping at Lace by Louise. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and got started with a dressing room. I had someone professionally measure me and assist me the entire time, I didn't have to leave my room to shop once! She found me everything I was looking for and I left very satisfied. There is a $10 fee for the measuring Service but it's waved if you purchase something, so I would come ready to spend and not just for window shopping. It has been a very long time since I went bra shopping because of income issues. Saturday, June 22nd I went to the Riverton location it's closest to my home in Utah County. My daughter and I walked in and Rachel met us at the door. She was very kind and asked if I had been there before and said yes, she went around to look up my information. Last time I was there was in 2012. Yes it has been 10+ years since I was able to purchase a bra for myself. Rachel took me to a dressing room and measured me. She told me not to be concerned about the style of the bra because we were trying to get the right size. I tried it on and I felt it was too tight around and the cup was way to small. When Rachel came in and check it out she could see the cup was too small and she thought the band was to large. I thought no way, my daughter reminded me that the bras I have were stretched out and no longer had the underwire. Rachel was trying to determine if we she go up one or two cup sizes. She didn't address her concern about the band size being two large she kept it at the original size she brought in the 1st time. She was very calming and confident in her knowledge. Rachel decided to bring in just one cup larger because she didn't want to miss the correct cup size. I then looked at the bra I wore in and saw the band size was the same. When Rachel came in to see the fit she could tell that the cup size was still too small, we talk for a minute and I agreed to try the smaller band size. I had lost 50 pounds. When I tried it on it felt right. I put on my shirts it past the shirt test. I wasn't use to the underwire. The band was against my breast bone and the cups lifted and supported me. I went in here specifically because they say they are for big bust women... went in they sized me the bra felt great I had to wait 3 weeks for my custom order (I didn't mind because I was excited to have a comfortable bra that fit and supported my breasts) I got it and it was so tight I could barely clasp it so I called and they said "oh come buy an extender" okay so I went back to buy an extender and not even after wearing the bra 5 times there was a tear up top in the lace so I went down there and I asked if there was something I can do maybe just a straight exchange because this bra wasn't even a week old yet and they said there is nothing they can do.... So not only was the fit not proper the material was not properly made or strong enough... low quality bra and poor fitting. Highly disappointing. Bra shopping has been emotional my whole life because of my large bust I was so excited to be understood and taken care of to just be let down. read more

OMG, ladies, just give this a read first. I love this place. It doesn't have the widest selection of bras in store (you can order a lot more), but these girls are pros. They will fit you with the RIGHT size (no, Torrid and Lane Bryant are off) and have very good quality bras. One thing that every woman should do, whether you are "big" or think you're a AA cup, everyone should get a fitting. Too many women are wearing not only the wrong size, but often are wearing the m the wrong way. I am a little well endowed and I was having such horrible back and shoulder pain that I was considering a breast reduction. I had a co worker that once worked at Lace and finally one day I was like, why not. I was absolutely terrified. You first take off your shirt, but not your bra. I am not only a big girl, but I am heavily scared for a few things. I don't go swimming anymore and even my doctors make a comment with a shocked tone in their voice, but this was the first time ever in my life that I didn't have someone give me that reaction. In fact, there was no reaction. I felt like I was being treated as well as any other woman. They fitted me and showed me the way that's best for me to carry support. My pain has gone done tremendously, mostly completely. I feel so dramatic saying this, but this place has changed my life. They are all so sweet and understanding. They all have a passion about what they do. It's bras, but they want others to feel good and feel confident. One of the perks is that once you know you like a bra or a size, you can order many different types or they can ship to you if you can't make it to the store. (My schedule is weird and I often do this). The bras are more, but they fit better and last a lot longer. They also have a punch card and a coupon for the month of your birthday. They also rent pumping machines for breastfeeding as well as breastfeeding bras. I know so many people are hesitant. It's a scary thing for a woman, but just YOLO it once. When you find a great fitting bra, you want to shout it from the rooftops!!! That is how I feel about LACE by Louise- I want to tell everyone I know about this bra shop. I took my 13 year old bra shopping at a department store where she was measured and told that her bra size was a 40 DD. I immediately did an internet search and found LACE by Louise where she was correctly measured and fitted. Her bra size (38A) is not common at all, but LACE carried this specialty size. Came in today with my stepmom, looking for a good bra. We both got a fitting and it was very accurate, and free with our purchase. I was a dramatic size, so they would have had to order it for me, but she took the time to gather a lot of different bras in a size close to mine. One of the 30's ran so small in the band that it actually fit like a 28, so I grabbed it up and wore it out of the store. The woman working there, Kristen, was attentive and very helpful. We both walked out of there with reasonably priced, well-fitting bras. Hooray! I definitely recommend it of you need a good fitting, or your size is hard to find at other stores. read more

If you come in here don't plan on returning ANYTHING. The lady brought me what seems like the only 2 bras in the store. Mine was ready for the garbage so I bought the one that fit the best and ordered the same in another color to pick up later. After an hour of wearing the bra I realized it was poking me really bad. I called to cancel the other bra order and they said they could but that they don't accept any refunds only exchanges. So I kept the crappy bra and had to buy an over priced nursing tank top since they had no bras with actual padding or comfort. Everything is overpriced and don't try going in on a Saturday because you have to wait on the one person working to bring you stuff to try on in the dressing room. read more

I went in to get the bra I used to buy,,The lady gave me a fitting and said I was a double D.. Now i know i'm not a double D. I said I need a 38 C please..She said we are out but you are a Double D. I said no look at the extra space I have in the cup..She said well I have A 38D.. Try that if it dont fit bring it back I bought 2, my mistake I wore the one HATED IT ! I took the other one back (still had tags on it never worn) to just exchange, not get my money back she said I am sorry , sorry we wont exchange it for any thing...I had my daughter there as well she wanted spanks, (they have that advertised on the window) we were unable to locate a single pair...
