Well I'm 62 an things r not working as good as they once were. So I got a pump it just didn't work like I thought it would an nothing like the directions said. So I'm sorry I brought it back. I was told I couldn't bring it back they pointed to a sign that size no refunds. Well to me it broken if it worked I would keep it. The prices here are extremely high. I like to window shop then find the same item in Amazon for 1/3 of the price. The staff here is rude, and I feel uncomfortable coming here anymore. The last straw was when I was waiting outside in my car for my partner to meet me so we can look at things together, I was confronted by a staff that came out to my car and told me I cant stay here its loitering. All the staff here is great. One person sticks out more. Carol has been here and helped me with a couple of different questions about products and had a lot knowledge of the different products. There was no awkwardness or judgement about anything. Even in one instance the store was very busy and she was the only one there and kept up with communication with everyone. Making sure everyone knew she was aware of everyone's needs. She is an amazing employee and has recommended some great stuff. We will be back for sure. Got kicked out of this store by the manager after simply just looking around! Never been treated by anyone in the store this way as all the previous employees were women, but all of a sudden while I was looking at lingerie to buy with my boyfriend he asked us "Can you guys just leave already?"
