He went over every process and explained all the details of replacing my roof showing me the materials and discussions of what to expect with the team that would replace my roof. Beau also guided me in how to properly file a claim with my homeowner's insurance as well as being on site with the insurance adjuster for inspection. The team that replaced my roof were top notch, working diligently non stop, very respectfully, and clean up was great! During the replacement Beau made a point to come out several times to make sure everything was on track and ask if I had any questions or concerns during the installation. Thank you, Beau Berry! Without your help I would of still be sitting on the fence about the expense of replacing my roof! You are a super-star!

Surprise, surprise - he rearranged the schedule and came today, Friday with his crew. Outstanding service! Despite the threat of foul weather, we were able to ask for their inspection after 5pm on Thursday, and they were on that roof before 10am Friday - and the estimate was on our desktops before 11am that same day! Jake, the owner, quickly responded to my request for a quote. He described how they would do the ceiling. He had a machine that had a vacuum attachment that removed nearly all of the dust. He showed us pictures of some of his recent work and we were sold. Although they were busy, we got on their schedule quickly. Tommy, the crew lead, was absolutely amazing. His team had a work ethic that you rarely witness. Their attention to detail was superb. Even after a couple of months, I walk into the redone rooms and just smile.
