This is the 3rd place I've been to look, and so far the employees have sought me out and asked how they could help. Not here! They lost out on a sale just because of blatant disregard for their customers.

The sales people aren't friendly. The first time we went to this business, to pick out carpet and…read moretile, there was no one else in the store and the salesman, Michael, was doing nothing. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a carpet sample and returned the next day to purchase. Again, not a soul in the store but the saleswoman, Leah, told us Michael, our salesman, was out of town and we would have to come back. Because we don't live close to the store, we requested Leah assist us and she very reluctantly did so and it was obvious she didn't want to. I never heard of a business where salespeople won't help each other or the customer. The measurement appointment was set for two days hence and took 2 minutes. I called the next day for installment info and Michael told me he hadn't heard from the measurement guy who was busy doing other measurements and he would let me know when he heard from him. It's an order for a simple square room, for carpet and pad that is in stock. They couldn't call the guy? It's been 6 days and no word from anyone. I guess that transaction doesn't generate enough commission to warrant the sale and that's too bad, because we're doing our whole house.
