He is very easy to work with and very accommodating. He never gets angry if you ask him to fix something or if you change your mind. He also put up new ceiling fans and built a portable stand for my son to put his shooting target on for his archery practice. The latest thing he did for me was a wooden fence. It is beautiful. He built it and stained it to match the shutters on my house. I will post a few pictures when I figure how how to do it!

Absolutely top-tier service from Ace Handyman Services - Madison Flowood!…read more I can't say enough good things about Wayne, JR, and the entire team at Ace Handyman Services. From the initial walkthrough to the final punch list, they were responsive, detailed, and incredibly professional. Communication was clear every step of the way, and they went above and beyond to make sure every single item was completed to the highest standard. What stood out most was their integrity and flexibility--Wayne took the time to review new concerns that came up after the original scope and worked with me in a fair, transparent way to address them. JR handled the work efficiently and thoroughly, and Wayne's final walkthrough caught even the smallest details to ensure the property was 100% ready for listing. Thanks to their excellent work, we were able to turn the home around quickly and get it listed without delay. I'll absolutely be calling them again for future projects, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ace Handyman Services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring team. Thank you again, Wayne and JR--you were instrumental in getting this over the finish line! - Lou Rosales
