Considering he was local and from the area I was excited to do business with him. Due to the nature of my garage he was unable to fix it and suggested to me what I needed to purchase. We both agree on a specific day and time. 2 days prior to our meeting i reached out to Mr. Roebuck to advise that I was unable to keep the agreed time and needed to reschedule for later that day. He asked what time would I need and i replied 3 and never responded. On the day of, I texted and he responded by saying he could not meet later that day. When asked why didn't he inform me of this he suggested I find someone else. Which put me in a very uncomfortable situation with my broken garage door.

I did not even ask for a quote he just showed up at my house was in my home about 30 min. and secretly recorded our conversation so he could threaten me into use his roofing co . he was going to report me to my insurance co because i told him i was not going to pay a $1000. dollar deductible twice . He must have mention insurance fraud at least 20 times while recording me. He also said he would black ball me so no one would work for me. I did not even have a contract with this person. everything i am saying is in a 4 ft message he wrote me, just like a 12 year old I also called the board of contractors , he is not licensed with them. I also reported him to my Insurance Co. I read his messages he sent me to them , they made a notes of our conversations an put it in my file.
