The sales clerk assured that the furniture would be delivered February the 20th. Guess what, no furniture! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The only reason why I haven't cancelled the order is because I couldn't find that particular furniture at any other store. I give this business zero stars. I agreed to the new date a week later, but the day before the new delivery date, they called to tell me all the pieces were not available and would not be delivered. Some of the pieces would not come until 2 more weeks later. After several calls to guest services and speaking with employees who all told me a different lie, I finally went back to the store, where they only directed me back to guest services. I still have no furniture and am currently waiting on a refund. Worst experience ever!!!!

It just has a lot more furniture and big rugs! The store always seems peaceful and pleasant but can be busy at times! Over all I think the workers do a great job keeping the store looking nice and stocked!
