Bryan showed up exactly on the dot and did a walk through with me. We have 4 bedrooms and a hall carpeted upstairs. They were pretty bad as 4 kids have lived on them and they were overdue for a cleaning. I told him I did NOT expect stains to come out as we'd had several services try in the past with no luck. Most of the stains are cola or stains where a prior service had not put foil under the legs of beds and the mahogany stain had leached onto the carpet. I had moved as much as possible on top of the beds, and he said it was all fine to work around. He sprayed some kind of pretreatment then went back with the machine and was done in about an hour. He said we could walk on them immediately, but we waited a few hours. Except for where he had to heavily pretreat, it was almost dry in a couple of hours (barely damp). It looks like several old set-in stains are faded or much better - so that was a nice bonus. Oh, and he also said the stuff they use is "green" and safe for pets and kids. The best part is it all looks very fresh with vacuum marks and a nice light scent. I'm going to do better about having this done every 4-6 months as it really made a difference, Bryan was very nice and easy to deal with, also. All in all I'm pleased with the results, the cost, and the service. Now, if I can just keep the kids from taking drinks upstairs....
