Considering he was local and from the area I was excited to do business with him. Due to the nature of my garage he was unable to fix it and suggested to me what I needed to purchase. We both agree on a specific day and time. 2 days prior to our meeting i reached out to Mr. Roebuck to advise that I was unable to keep the agreed time and needed to reschedule for later that day. He asked what time would I need and i replied 3 and never responded. On the day of, I texted and he responded by saying he could not meet later that day. I did not even ask for a quote he just showed up at my house was in my home about 30 min. and secretly recorded our conversation so he could threaten me into use his roofing co . he was going to report me to my insurance co because i told him i was not going to pay a $1000. dollar deductible twice . He must have mention insurance fraud at least 20 times while recording me. He also said he would black ball me so no one would work for me.
