Experienced landlord here. Caeser from Roman Painting beat the other companies on price hands down. Top quality result and super fast turnaround. Excellent communication. ------- Full disclosure: In the picture, you may notice paint on some of my shingles. That was from the previous owner and in no way the fault of Roman Painting. read more

Reached out 3 times (2 texts, 1 call) for a quote with no response or return call. Would be nice if they could at least respond telling us that they're unable to provide service. read more

I would never recommend this dishonest business to others. I received this invoice saying that all this work was done on the property. We wanted to verify if the work was actually done and called the number on this Yelp Page and on the invoice from Roman Painting LLC. We called the number on the invoice and the person, who I believe is Caesar, refused to verify whether the invoice was his or not. If they are willing to falsify documents for work that hasn't been done and will not be honest I can't imagine what other questionable things they are doing. The 951-642-9273 number on the bottom of the invoice doesn't even work. Be aware and stay away! read more

We had the Gables painted on the house and the split rail fence. Javier was not the lowest bI'd but we went with him because he lived in our neighborhoo., three weeks later my wife asked why the outside of our split rail fence was not stained only the inside. I tried to call and ask why? The line was busy and the mail box was full. If it were you I would ask exactly what he would be painting and the cost. read more

Called to verify if the work he did was accurate and paid for on a property. He refused to give an answer and wouldn't return my calls for authentication. I think he is pulling something shady and possibly over inflating prices or work. Avoid this company, Cesar and Roman are not honest people. read more

Roman Painting certainly lives up to their company name! I needed my whole exterior done and some touch up interior. Cesar and crew were amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. The guys were not satisfied until I was satisfied and they took customer happiness to the extreme. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! I would definitely use Roman Painting again and would Strongly recommend them. Economical, Very Professional and Honest. Cesar You the best :) read more

We are so pleased with the work Roman Painting did for us! We moved into a 50s house with wood paneling, wood cabinets, wood built-ins... wood everywhere! It needed to be lightened up and updated and we didn't want to spend a fortune on a remodel. Enter Cesar, Omar, and their men. The paint job they delivered was nothing short of transformative. We are moved in now and absolutely love our house! They did a great job and spent a lot of attention to detail. Highly recommend. read more

Cesar comes through with flying colors . . . again! I had a time sensitive job and Roman's stepped up to the challenge. We were trying to get a job done prior to a concrete pour that would have denied access to the structure for too long a period of time. There was some drywall work done by another outfit that needed a little touch up. Roman's took care of this before they started. Despite the extra work the job was finished with Cesar's usual high quality and with time to spare! Just another example of their great work ethic and high standards. Thanks again Cesar! read more

Cesar is the 2nd time to do my properties painting, I'm very comfortable with his friendly team member; Cesar is always listening to what I want and fulfills my color choices, and I need to appreciate some extra jobs which are not included with his reasonable price. read more

Cesar and his team were great. They arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and the price was fair. I would recommend d their services.

I have to start off by saying that this review does not have anything to do with the quality of work by Roman Painting. I called them after reading the positive reviews and scheduled an estimate. I asked if he'd be available on Monday to provide me with an in-home estimate. He told me Tuesday afternoon would work better for his schedule so that's the time we arranged for. I told him to call me if his schedule changed. So Tues came and went... he did not show up nor did he call to let me know he would not be able to make it. If he can't even show up to do a simple estimate, would he even show up for a painting job? I rather not find out the hard way... I have since hired a painter who actually showed up when he said he would. I offer a tip to Roman Painting... to prevent losing future business, keep better track of your appointments. read more

Cesar and his team did an excellent job of painting the inside of our brand new home. He came out gave us an estimate and was able to fit into our tight schedule. Such a genuine team. He even came back to do touch ups after we left. I am so glad...we were blessed to find Roman painting. Very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone. read more

Cesar and his team were excellent! They showed up each day on time and worked hard while they were here. Everyone was friendly and polite. Cesar was a pleasure to work with, reasonable and professional. The work was clean and precise. We were very pleased with the finished work! What Cesar quoted was the price we paid...which was very reasonable with no hassling or hidden charges. Hard to find someone who is honest and honorable, but Cesar proved that there are still people/businesses out there that are. I would highly recommend Roman Painting!! read more

I communicated with Cesar and Omar. Roman Painting won my bid because they responded quickly with a realistic time frame to meet with me. Their workmanship was excellent and their team was very conscientious. They went the extra mile to make things right. Good enough is not in their vocabulary, it has to be right. The cost of the paint project was in line and I know I got a good deal. It was a pleasure to work with Roman Painting who are honest and care about their work. read more

I first met Cesar when he painted my first house. He has painted my current house as well as many of my family and friends homes. Cesar is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have worked with. I cannot recommend Roman Painting enough. The quality of his work, the speed, and his attention to detail is rare. When the work is done he leaves the place cleaner than when he came. If you need any inside or external painting done, Roman Painting is who you should call! read more

After my disastrous experience with a previous painter, who did not complete the job, I called Roman Painting and Ceaser came and gave me a estimate the same day, and began the job early the next morning, with his crew, and they finished in mere hours. When I returned home my house was clean and all the walls painted to my specification, as I had a few accent walls painted in different colors than the main paint color. Ceaser was a gem to work with, honest, trustworthy, and reasonable. I will be recommending him to all my friends, and calling him back when I'm ready to have my other rooms painted. read more

Roman painting just finish the inside of our home, everything came out fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Thank you Cesar and crew. read more

Cesar and his crew are top notch. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done. They repainted my entire house from ceiling to baseboards. No detail was to small and it shows in the finish work. Masking of the furniture and floors was done excellent as well. What I couldn't be happier with is the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were done in a white lacquer and came out phenomenal. I highly recommend Roman Painting. read more

Cesar and his crew did a great job repainting the exterior of my home. After getting a few estimates which did not specify which paint brand and type or indicated a mid-range quality, I expressed my concerns about getting a high quality paint applied. I felt Cesar listened to my concerns and even though his company wasn't the lowest bidder, they worked with me and applied a high quality paint. The work was very precise, the crew professional, and they cleaned up the work site daily. Roman Painting does great work; I recommend them without reservation. read more

Cesar and his crew are excellent painters. He had done my friend's house and came highly recommended. They are detail oriented. I've had him do 2 houses now and not only did the paint job come out great, but I have the peace of mind seeing the prep put into repair all of the stucco and wood issues that were going on at both locations. I even had him replace a door. If you're looking for honest, quality work at a fair price you won't be disappointed with Roman Painting. read more

I had to post a review for this painting company, they are top notch! I have used Roman painting on my previous house and they did a great job. Recently I moved and bought a home that was painted a dark color and I wanted to lighten it up. I got several estimates and all of them were high because of the effort it was going to take to make a dark house lighter. Well Cesar gave me a quote and explained that additional paint and labor were needed to do the job correctly but the price seemed very fair, especially in comparison to the other quotes. They did a great job on my house and it looks great. Before posting my review I decided that I would wait about six months to see if the paint was holding up and more importantly if the dark color started to bleed back which it has not, looks as good as the day it was painted. Highly recommend this painter and his team, they are fair, honest and very good at cleaning up. read more

After interviewing several paint companies to repaint the exterior of our home in completely different colors than it was currently, we decided on hiring Roman Painting. The decision was based on Cesar Roman's eye to detail that he saw the flaws from the previous painting, and even the smallest crack in the stucco. The estimate for the job was also quite reasonable! Cesar and his crew arrived each day on time or early and well prepared for the job. Everything was well masked and my plants were well taken care of as the house was completely painted. Everything Cesar had talked about in the estimate was taken care of. The exterior of our home is now beautiful and a work of art. Neighbors continually come by and remark on how wonderful our home looks and what a wonderful job the painters did. Cesar Roman and his crew have our thanks and respect for a wonderful job very well done! We definitely recommend Roman Painting and will use him in the future! read more
