To the point - highly recommend The whole review - I bought a home that had been highly neglected and needed a clean up and paint both inside and out. First is pricing. I got quotes from many painters, and Pedro quoted me half of what they did. I got the outside AND full inside of my home painted for the same price that others quoted me for only interior painting. Amazing bargain pricing here. I was concerned that the cheap price would show in quality. I was wrong. Pedro and his crew did AMAZING work. The quality is great. They were clean and didn't leave a mess. The paint look amazing both interior and exterior. They used high quality Dunn Edwards paint also, no cheap stuff. Time - Pedro's crew began painting the day after I approved the price. They estimated exterior paint (which included power washing and stucco/wood repair) would take 4 days. They finished it in TWO DAYS. And they did a great job! The interior painting was no different, finished quick but still paid attention to detail. I highly recommended professionals painting. Excellent quality work - NO paint drips and sloppy edges, NO drips on walls, windows and floors, NO trash and debris all over the job. With Pedro and his team, we got perfectly and evenly -painted walls, pristine super clean and crisp edges, all surrounding areas - floors, windows, etc - were very well protected... Pedro is also highly skilled in color matching and wood repairs, drywall repairs, baseboard, exterior wood repairs... you name it, Pedro can do it and he does it perfectly! Pedro was very polite but the crew he sent to paint my house they didn't know what they were doing at all! They were sloppy, they didn't use the right type of paint so they had to come out and re-paint the trim. They didn't clean up very well oh yes the website says they take credit cards good luck with that! I was told a credit card was ok the day bef they showed up they asked for $2500 cash deposit, why bother with the credit card? I wouldn't even bother with giving these folks a free estimate it would be a waste of time. Paint it yourself! I was looking for someone to paint my house and was reffered to Pedro over at Professional painting by a friend. I gave him a call and told him what i needed done. The very next day he was at my house ready to give me my estimate. I knew this was going to be a big job since my house had a lot of cracks and other work that needed to be done. I was a bit scared to see the estimate price since I was on a budget. However, the price Pedro gave me was great and could not pass on it. He assured me the job would be done right the first time (and it was!). 2 weeks since my house was done and it looks great and is exactly what i wanted. They taped off everything before painting and made sure floors were covered from where they entered the house to the rooms they were painting. I had 3 projects to be done: replaced fascia board in 2 spots, removed peeling paint and painted fascia board all around house, painted 2 bathrooms, painted fence and gate railing. The crew answered all my questions and took care of any concerns I had. Very pleased with the finished work. I must start out by saying my house is a 2 story with 36 year old siding. That being said we didn't have much luck with the new paint job. They pressure washed the house , painted and then started to repair the siding. i am not a painter nor do i play one on tv, but i thought some sanding and primer would come after the pressure wash not after the paint. So some of the paint on the siding peeled completely off but most did not but when you paint over said siding you are going to have different thickness really noticeable if you have a 36 year old house with a few paint jobs in its history, unless you primer and sand a little to feather it in some. But then again i am not a painter. and boy did they paint even one of my roofs tile, bird dropping and anything that was still on the house post pressure washing. I don't believe they like to use either sandpaper and or primmer. I was able to peel off the new paint in an area like paper, I used Benjamin Moore paint, it didn't stick to the siding very well. i myself sanded primed and painted the area where i peeled of the paint while one of the employees was there doing touch ups, he also asked me if he could use some of my sandpaper not a good sign. in all fairness to them the boss i believe Pedro or the one who came and gave me the quote, he doesn't seem to be involved in actually painting he uses employees for that which is not necessary a bad thing but he gave me the impression that he would at least be supervising his very young crew, he also wanted to fix things that i wasn't happy with but i am not sure he understood that the whole job needed to be redone, so i just paid him and will take the loss i really don't want them back. I am redoing the problem areas with some sanding and painting myself. Sorry to say that attention to detail is not in their area of expertise. I must also say that thank god they did such a poor job. If they had done a good job i wouldn't have known that they had broken about 10 tiles and that could have been a real nightmare but because i was repairing and repainting the upstairs siding i found the broken tiles.
