The rolls were cheaper last summer when they had just opened, but they are still good value for money. You can get a huge 12" roll which is basically two meals for $12 something. The line at lunchtime is out the door, which should serve as an indication of how tasty their product is. That being said, service is friendly, prompt, and food is worth the short wait. If you're not in the mood for a sandwich they have pho and some fried spring rolls or rice paper summer rolls. The spring rolls are good, and the pho is tolerable but nothing to write home about. If you're coming here you should really just get the chicken delight or a pork roll.
I don't have a lot of Vietnamese places near home so I have tried as many as possible while in Sydney...this is by far the best for rolls. Be warned, the optional chilli is plentiful and HOT - your mouth will be red for an hour afterwards, but I love the burn. read more
