Wouldn't have been an issue if I didn't see an employee helping a customer inside. Even after pulling on the glass door twice, the gentleman inside looked at me and continued his conversation. Simply opening the door and explaining that they were not open to drop in customers to a person standing in the cold would have been the polite thing to do.
