I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. After he swipes the card he stares blankly forward...the receipt has been printed up for some time...after about a minute I say "don't I need to sign that"...without a word he tears of the receipt and puts it on the counter to sign. Not one single word from this guy...not even a thank you. After the car is finished the guys who dried it off and cleaned the inside windows (poorly I might add) just walk away. I hop in my car and leave wondering if the zombie apocalypse is at hand and I'm witnessing its birth.

The owner told his crew to shampoo, however they didn't after I waited approximately one hour only for the smell to return. I'm not sure but this could be because of recycled water. Me or my car has never been the same since. The only person that seemed to care was the owner and told me he would get back to me and now he left me hanging.
