I ordered the ube ice cream with mochi. I enjoyed the thicker texture of the rolled ice cream in comparison to a creamy scoop. The ube flavor was strong and reminded me of the Magnolia brand from the Philippines. The mochi complimented it well with a soft and chewy texture. The service here is friendly and quick! You can order from the kiosk or from the counter. The ambiance is also great. I really would like to give this a better review. Me and my boyfriend went out that night wanting to have something yummy. But only he found something because of the complicatedness of this place. There is literally a menu board that says that they have acai bowls with seven different bases. So I wanted the Matcha base. He told me they don't make a Macha base. But I seen it right there on the board and he said no we only have three bases. None of them are Matcha. I literally pointed to the sign and he read it and he was confused. So I didn't get anything and my boyfriend got an ice cream. It took so long for them to make one ice cream. Like it doesn't even take that long at Rosemary's on a Saturday night. By the time it came out, he appeared to have liked it. I tasted it, and I didn't like it at all. I feel like there was two other people in the building that could've helped the guy working at the front. At least to help him with the menu and the items that I wanted. But there's many other acai bowl places that in the future, I will just go to one of them. Like I said we were trying to find something we both liked at one location. My son earned a voucher from school for a free ice cream here so we stopped in to redeem before it expired and we all got an ice cream too. They have a nice menu with various flavors, as well as different drinks and sweet treats. I love the vibe of the place. They provide a few different popular table games to choose from while you dine which I thought was nice (Connect 4, UNO, Jenga) and there there a few patrons doing so. Nice and relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating (almost too nice, the staff didn't even look up or acknowledge when we walked in) and a nice and cool indoor temperature too. I ordered the cookies & cream. While it was tasty, this may not be my kind of ice cream. I was expecting bits of cookie to be spread throughout the dessert and they just have a sort of cookie swirl throughout the ice cream. They did top it with 2 cookies, and I guess I could've crumbled and spread it myself, but let me tell you...The spoons!? This isn't your typical ice cream that you can dig a spoon into or be whipped, but a very firm ice cream. And the spoons they provide bend so easily that they are completely ineffective. Not cheap either, for 10$ a pop I would've much rather had "31 flavors" or even Rite Aid. A nice chill spot (both figuratively and literally), not my kinda ice cream though. read more

I ordered the banana split to share with my youngest child and mother. I'm so glad I decided to share because the banana split was VERY generous and plenty for 3 people. I do recommend this location...However! If you come to this location please be patient because clearly a bunch of high school kids are working here. It's not a 5 star restaurant, it's a local ice cream joint and not cold stone. The product is great, the customers that understand this are even greater. The customers who get really upset are the ones that take the wind out of everyone's sails. This location is up the street so I've been a few times now. Each time I've seen someone get pushy with the young people working their fingers to the bone rolling ice cream. The young people always keep their cool which is awesome to see and I'm sure this is just the tip of the customer service iceberg but still. I came in today at around 7:40 it was quite busy. Tell me why it was only one guy,(glasses black shirt, earrings) holding it down. Then out of nowhere come out two other employees, from the back, that should have been helping this young man, finally come out. Be aware that they did not even wash their hands, let alone wear gloves. The two employees continued to make food and serve it, without clean hands. The two employees was a female, glasses, blonde/black hair, about 5'5. And the other employee was a darker Mexican with his ears pierced, with a pink Edgar hair cut. Walked in and smell was horrid. It smelled like rotten milk and was disgusting.There was no one ahead of us when we arrived. A worker named Ana was working really messy, sloppy, tossing items and was walking in the back numerous times ignoring our ticket. After Someone came and ordered a drink and walked and out before us. By then we noticed it had now been 15 mins and our ticket was still being ignored. We asked for a refund and the employee did not now how to do the return. Claiming "I think I did it right if not you can call and talk to the manager Mike."
