Never judge a gym by its equipment…read more First of all, I didn't even read the directions. I showed up in fish flip-flops with socks because I thought I signed up for Pilates. Turns out we were doing a full-body workout, and I definitely should have worn sneakers. That's on me. Then I walked in and they were fumbling with the TV. I immediately thought, "Lord, what did I sign myself up for? Are we about to watch a trainer on a screen and work out?" Little did I know, the trainer was standing right there. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. Don't let that fool you, though. She worked us HARD. She was like a wolf in sheep's clothing--in reverse. Sweet as could be, but she had us working like dogs. I had so much fun. They incorporated equipment I had never used before, including resistance bands and other training tools that challenged me in a good way. I booked through ClassPass, and when I finished the class, I immediately wanted to take pictures and leave a review. That's rare for me. Usually businesses ask for a review. This time, I wanted to leave one on my own. The studio is well organized and clean. The dumbbells and BOSU balls are neatly displayed on the walls. In the back, they have steps, kettlebells, and additional equipment. The bathroom was nice and clean. Across the hall, they have another room with Pilates mats, blocks, and equipment. The space almost feels like a refurbished ballet studio with ballet barres along the walls. Parking was easy, the workout was excellent, and the trainer was fantastic. Overall: 10/10. I will definitely be back.

i was really excited to try this studio. Unfortunately, there was a descrepancy between the offer…read morethat was advertised as available on theirsite and what was actually offered. The site shown # weeks at a special introductory price, whilst attempting to book the only option was for two weeks at said rate. I took a screenshot of the website (as advertised for 3 weeks) and messaged the studio.... someone then explained ton me that it SHOULD be for 2 weeks (which i understand). Here is where the problem comes in, 1) That is the studio's mistake, not mine. Thus they should honor the price that they had advertised on their website. 2) They did not. This was incredibly off putting to me and not indicative of the type of character that I would look for in a place of practice or anywhere that I would be spending money. Overall I just felt like that was a dishonorable way to handle a customer that was looking to become a new member. Even though its farther away from me than the bigger, more popular and established studios in my neighborhood, I wanted to support this studio. It appeared to be small and a more intimate vibe, however, once met with this unprofessionalism I quickly signed on for a much more expensive, yet conveniently located Bodyrok. Super professional and by the book, i'll pay more for that any day.

Love this place! I…read morewas introduced to Burn through a Yelp event (another location) and I was impressed by the quality of instructors and their floating floor which made exercising easy on the joints!! A few months later, I came across an ad for Burn Druid Hills (if you haven't guessed, they are a franchise gym) with a special promo for a month. Given my great experience in the past, I jumped on this offer, completed a free trial class and then immediately signed up for the promo month. The rest is history and I've been part of the Burn community ever since, over 100 camps under my belt . They have great staff plus knowledgeable and personable instructors and the location is clean. Even though this is a group setting (camp/class), instructors pay attention to each individual and push them to do better! Classes are a combination of weight and functional HIIT training. Every week is different so there is never any monotony, and the camps are high energy and fun! You work out together as a group and build friendships and community! In addition to the workouts, they offer focus meetings where each member can meet with an instructor to talk through and define goals, understand their body composition and measurements and work towards getting better! And guess what - they have free childwatch while you work out. It's really a no-brainer. 45 mins to focus on yourself and no worry about kids, distractions etc. Plenty of free parking, complimentary towels, shower room, and the best community!!

Amazing workout! This place completely amazed me. I wish it was in San Francisco!…read more It focuses on full body workout so the different stations focus on different parts of the body (legs, arms, core, chest, back, etc.) with combination of cardio and strength training. This helps a lot so I don't have to have leg day, arm day, etc. - one workout which focused on all exercises. The instructor is also really nice and he explains the workout in the start of the class. It is a small fitness center so you get individual attention especially if you are not doing it right. If I was in Atlanta, I would definitely have made this my regular gym.

The classes are always different and fun and honestly as hard as you make them. My personal training sessions with Shawn fly by and I always wish they last longer. Just like the classes they are always different and fun, but geared towards the goals we discussed. It's been almost two months and I can tell I'm making progress. Working out never feels like a chore and I genuinely enjoy it. As a side note, COVID protocols are taken very seriously which I did factor into my decision to join (also wanting to support a small business in my community). I can't say enough good things about both coaches.
