I called a friend still there and asked to have the manager put it behind the counter to pick up the next day. Well the next day I arrive and the employee "Wayne" tells ask what it looked like and then says " that was a nice lighter. It was on the table when I was leaving ,I knew it wasn't one of ours so I took it home". I asked him to bring it back and I'd come back the next day to get it. I come back and another manager tells me that he wasn't due in until later that evening so I left my number. Another day no call from the store, then I call the next day and still no lighter. Most businesses have a simple lost and found policy of hold items behind the counter and see if someone returns for it. I never heard of employees allowed to remove that which does not belong to them because it's nice looking and don't demand they return it to the store after a customer inquiry that has been verified. Four days after my original return to find my lighter two visits to ask and a phone call nothing. They have my number if the want me to have it returned gas cost too much to keep driving there for nothing. However, they have lost me as a customer and I will not be suggesting them to anyone else. Good experience = 5 potential customers, bad experience = loss of 20 potential customers.

I tried 4 times to phone ahead but no one answered at all. When I got there, I informed the clerk…read more(or manager). But he was at loss of words, saying nothing and looking floored. I asked for a box of the most MELLOW Churchill cigars. He did not know what mellow meant. I was shocked because cigar order companies categorize cigars from strong to mellow. I had to explain the meaning of mellow to him. Then he showed me two boxes of cigars. I bought one from him. When I opened the cigar box, it was not Churchill cigars to my shock. I will never go there again. I will go to other cigar stores who have been friendly to me in the past.

Asked questions to only get attitude and confusion, like the questions I were asking was so bizarre. I see vape juices and cart and asked a simple question if they have disposables. Only to get a backhanded response of "this is a smoke shop not a vape shop". I then asked what the difference was and to no logical answer. A place that has vapes all advertised on the front you would think it would be a "vape shop". Owner clearly doesn't care about potential customers and I would avoid this place and just go to the way better shop 5 stores down. 0/10 experience and 10/10 will never step in that "smoke shop" ever again.

As with other reviewers comments, the nasty attitudes and unfriendly faces have become the norm there. At first, I just thought the owners were having a bad day, but then I realized they are all just miserable people (minus Alan). Forget the fact that my fiance and I spend at least $100 each visit, we still get absolutely no welcome when we walk in the door. We have to fight for attention to even get our orders in, and when we do... It's like a hassle or burden on them to get us our juice. No thanks. We have since found a new place in Phoenixville that provides us with fantastic service, excellent quality juice and they actually LIKE their job and WANT to help.

I was super surprised by the diversity of their selections because of how small the place looks from outside! They even have an ATM and sell lottery too lol. Would definitely recommend stopping by for ANYTHING smoking/tobacco related. Like really ANYTHING haha While I was there, I also asked about the Juul for a friend. They told me that they JUST got it in. PLUG: they asked me to spread the word LOL but they also have other vaping options and a ton of flavors which I'll be telling my friends about :)

I am absolutely floored by the knowledge these members have when it comes to strains, doses, uses, etc. I am now completely off of my migraine medicines and I micro-dose THC:CBD for pain. Within 30 minutes, I start to feel like myself again. It is as simple as going in and asking to speak with someone. You could even call ahead if you wanted to. Just explain symptoms, what you're looking for vs. what you're not looking for. Some people like head highs, some don't. There's literally something for everyone. I'm learning so much and just want to thank everyone for being the best and I think it's important more people know just how BEST they are :)
