I'm glad I'm reviewing this great business as my 500th review. Fred's Junk Removal is exceptional!…read more I did a simple search online and found Fred and his website. I just needed to get rid off an old guest mattress. Fred's website was extremely easy to use to book my appointment. I chose a date, time, and left my mattress off to the side in the driveway. You have the option of taking a photo of the item(s) you are planning to get rid of. The day of the appointment, I messaged Fred to ask him if he needed me to be awake for the pickup. I had just worked a 12 hour shift the previous night and was exhausted. He replied very quickly to my text. He was prompt in his reply, friendly and he assured me he would take care of it and be as quiet as possible. I thanked him and arranged payment. You can pay by credit card, Venmo or cash... multiple methods of payment is so convenient. I Venmo'd him my payment and went to sleep. When I woke up later in the afternoon, the mattress was gone just like he assured me it would be. I never even knew he was here (my room is near the front of my house). I will definitely use Fred is the future if I need any hauling done. I will also recommend him whenever I know anyone in need of hauling / junk removal. Thanks again Fred! 5 / 5: Ease of Booking / Navigating Website 5 / 5: Service and Value 5 / 5: Convenience of Payment Methods 5 / 5: Overall

I thought that was really kind. We had a really difficult job for them - our huge aquarium was very heavy and our house is narrow to navigate in. They did a great job and went above and beyond. They were very careful with our belongings and very personable. They were even able to schedule the removal for the same day that I reached out to them, so the entire process took maybe an hour of my time. They communicated really well, texting reminders and calling when they were 30 minutes out. They were even able to come a little earlier than our scheduled time, and messaged to make sure that was OK. Excellent service! We would definitely call them again.

I also appreciate that he had an indoor-only dolly to use on my carpet. I agree with another reviewer's assessment that he is conscientious & kind. He went above & beyond in helping us deal with a rattlesnake that he found in our yard while removing boxes (it was re homed). It's evident from all the other 5 star reviews that he treats all his clients with the same level of attentiveness and care. His fees are very reasonable, and his communication is prompt and thorough. I definitely recommend this company for junk removal.

I contacted them and within 24 hours, they were out at our place giving us a quote and then hauling everything away on the spot. We paid $349 for 2 truckloads (like a large pick-up truck, not one of their trucks) worth of stuff to be hauled away. It seemed like a lot of money, but it was so worth it for the convenience of not having to make multiple trips to the dump. If we were to have it done it ourselves, it would have cost us at least $100 in disposal fees. On top of that, the 2-person team who came out were very polite and got the job done quickly. Just a heads up-- if you are paying by credit/debit, you can add a tip if you don't have any cash lying around.

You can place your junk for pick in a designated location without you present. Payment is very convenient. Who da hell remembers how to write a check any more? Their fee is very, very reasonable. They will work with you and your budget. They can maneuver their trailer amazingly well. Our street and driveway are so narrow, it pains me to drive around here with oncoming cars or clueless pedestrians who refuse to use the sidewalk. They are so quick and strong. George and his assistant are built like MMA fighters. They had quickly and efficiently hauled off all our junk (less than 45 minutes). 5 stars definitely means that they go well beyond my expectations in terms of price and quality service. If you insist on paying too much for hauling and moving, you can foolishly go with somebody else. But, if you're smart you will give GTI a call.

Scheduling was super easy, and they were able to accommodate me right away. On the day of the pickup, the team arrived on time, gave me a clear upfront quote, and got right to work. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and had my entire garage cleared out in no time. What I thought would take hours took them less than half the time! What really stood out was their professionalism and positive attitude. They were friendly, respectful of my property, and even swept up after the job was done--leaving the space cleaner than when they arrived. It's rare to find that level of pride in service these days, and I truly appreciate it. Their pricing was very fair for the amount of work they did, and honestly, the peace of mind they gave me was priceless. If you're looking for a junk hauling company that's reliable, honest, and goes above and beyond, look no further. The Hauling Crew is the real deal--highly recommend them to anyone needing junk removal done right!
